Ordered online for “Catered” items for my daughter’s 23rd Birthday party. Placed my Order two weeks in advance of the party. I called the establishment quite a few times to confirm pickup and time but no answer. No voicemail option either. When I arrived to pick up my food, I told them why I was there and the young lady let the Owner know. The owner very loud and with “attitude” said “NOT TODAY!” Then proceeds to ask when was the order placed. She looked in her “system” to find my order was put in by the “system” wrong as they are only taking orders for Thanksgiving. Her response “sorry, bout that, I can refund you your money!” She wasn’t empathetic at all at that fact that with it being a catered order, there must’ve been some sort of Event that the food was ordered for. I’ve had the food at a previous party which is why I wanted to order for my daughter’s party. I’m a “Small Business” Owner myself and I know that Attitude in a Business can make or break a business. It was her attitude that did it for me. Apparently her and “her system” don’t communicate because how did the system take my money and agree to my pickup date and you not catch it?? Maybe a “sorry for your inconvenience is there anything from the Menu I can offer you now or an “I’m so sorry this happened, as we are only taking Thanksgiving orders at this time, please accept my apology!” This would’ve probably went over a little better than the attitude you displayed. Anyway Thank God my daughter still enjoyed her day!

Food was great the 1st time. Today, walked into the restaurant and a young lady worker was having a conversation with a customer. After standing at the order line for 3 minutes. I move to food display, thinking maybe she didn't notice me, after a minute I walked out. Customer service is the key to any business and not acknowledging your customers is a deal breaker. Will not returned.

Some of the best food, service, and atmosphere I have ever experienced in my life. If you are in the Eastern United States or anywhere even remotely close, you MUST absolutely stop here. Oxtails, turkey legs, and chicken was unbeatable along with the best Mac and cheese I’ve had in a restaurant.

It's a kitchen inside of a gas station. Went in to check it out, and there was a long line. Did some shopping. Came back, because prior I saw some potato salad. I was not disappointed. The potato salad was a bit salty, a tad spicy (mild). But delicious through and through. ? ???

I finally got to try this place and I must see unbelievably good! Unknowingly, I was being taken care of by the miraculous woman who made the Devine food!!!! It was absolutely amazing, the staff, food and service ! Definitely gonna be back !! She was so accommodating and sweet!
This place is a treasure. I was so pleased that we discovered this place. The food was so good that we went back to eat a second time. Great prices. Excellent service. It's definitely on my list of places to get great food when I visit again.

The lady with the blond dreads is so disrespectful she literally will lie to a customer right to his face and has a very nasty attitude. She literally will skip people in line and lie about what food they have just to give it to who she wants or her friends she really needs to be fired
