Enjoyed lunch the Friday of Labor Day at 12:15 and it was packed! Only a few minutes to get a table, but food and service took a bit too long. Nice quaint atmosphere. My savory pie of beef and mushrooms was pretty good. Hubby enjoyed fish and chips. Little pricey but a nice treat to meet an old friend for lunch! Our first visit since the big change. Really special! Shortbread cookies are delicious!!

Went here to purchase pies for a party - apple & pecan looked beautiful. Once cut, the apply pie was dry and burnt on the bottom and the pecan pie was also burnt. Paid $25/pie and was very disappointed.

Beautiful tribute to England from the details in the decor to the food they serve fresh. Its my favorite place to bring my British mum every month for our lunch dates. So glad yall made the crown and anchor along side pie society

A family favorite. We get hot pies for that day and frozen pies for future meals. Anytime I'm in Pooler I stop for lunch. Great place!

I moved back to the area after three years so it was my first time coming to the new location. I came on 7:19 at around 1:00.
I was not greeted by the lady at the counter upon entering. The place also had a bad oder. I went to look at the frozen/dry items in middle and then was planning on ordering something at the counter. However, on the way over, the lady at the counter very rudely said “excuse you.” While passing into the other side of the restaurant. I walked right out without getting anything. This is not the service I would have gotten 3 years ago at any of your locations. Not sure if I will be back.

These pot pies are so good! this is our Savannah lunch potion. One pot pie feeds 2 of us.

Loved their sausage pastry’s! Perfect flakey pastry. Lived that atmosphere of the old school British pub. The Snug in the back with the little art gallery was so cool and provided a unique experience. Small space keeps the vibes of old school Savannah.
The atmosphere was nice, service at the bar was slow. We came in for a drink and desert, had the Banoffee Pie which was incredible. The fish and chips looked amazing as we watched them be delivered to multiple customers. Would come back to try that for sure.
The service here is great! I love the savory pies & they offer a lot of fresh baked sweets too! They also carry a lot shelf items as well as candies from the UK.
My historical experience with the quality of the foods sold has been less than stellar. The one product they sold that I would drive from Brunswick to get was there black pudding. I would buy 10 rolls at a go. When I ran out I went to Pooler and was told they had a new provider for the black pudding. I've attached a photo so the size of the disks can be seen. The flavorful black pudding I used to buy has been replaced with a near flavorless small sized pudding.
I want to buy from brick n mortar local companies but this is it for me. I'll purchase online or someplace in Jacksonville if I can find a place.
Perfect shortcake cookies and traditional British pies. Really fun to try and choose different snacks we don’t have in the US.
