I will start off by saying I am addicted to Greek food. With that being said, I decided to try this place after usually going to the competition down the street. I ordered a chicken souvlaki bowl with a side of hummus. The menu is very very basic with limited options. The bowl was good but it tasted like a regular chicken bowl I could've gotten anywhere else. Staff was friendly. 3/5 stars for very limited menu and taste.

Disappointing. I love pita pit food… but this location is NEVER OPEN! it’s 5pm on a Saturday and they are closed. They don’t have anyone that wants to work. And apparently if it’s not busy at the time…. They just close. PITA across the street now has my business!

I would give it none if I could. The manager was putting her hair behind her ears with gloves on twice an started making someone food. Never changed her gloves. Then she proceeded to take her gloves off an start cleaning up. Then she rubs her nose and changes out a container of spinach. A couple piece fell out an she picked them up bare handed an put them back on top container. I asked another employee about her when I found out she was manager. She took her aside an told her my complaint. She didnt remove the spinach an also got a attitude cause I said something. Will not be going back that was my 1st time eatting there an never will again.

I'm not gonna lie, Pita Pit just hits different when you're sober and in your 30s as opposed to 8 alcoholic beverages deep and in your early-to-mid-20s. That's not to say this place isn't worth it, but I may have gotten my hopes a bit up. Stepping in there and looking at the menu through sober eyes allowed me to fine-tune my order and really take an in-depth look at the menu. I did go with the steak schwarma with a side salad. I was kind of bummed they didn't have lamb, but now I can't even remember if I used to order lamb schwarma. The wrap was pretty good. Your average run of the mill schwarma wrap, nothing to write home about. The falafel was a bit dry on the inside, as if it was cooked for too long or improperly reheated. It also wasn't as flavorful as typical falafel. The cilantro dipping sauce for it was pretty good, had a good tang to it.

Got a greek gyro . Asked for extra onions . I have 3 onions on my whole pita. Got grilled veggies. 3/5 veggies are not cooked . Very disappointed 1st time here …

I got a normal pita wrap and it seems they barely want to put any ingredients on anything.. as well the food quality seems sub par probably bc they've been saving their ingredients for a few days tastes like a Cheaper subway =\ will be going to other great food areas around here instead

I love the philly steak pita, especially since they grill the steak right in front of you. The small pita is the perfect size for me. They're pretty quick for lunch, which is a plus! They also offer specials throughout the week.. huge bonus!

It was ok, but employee who runs flat top was clueless and constantly made errors, not to mention my pick up order literally took close to an hour for one pita. The manager chick is professional, and friendly and as soon as she walked back in door after a catering event, that store started running like a well oiled machine and all seven of us that were awaiting our online pickups got or food within 13 minutes of her coming back to the line.

So thrilled to have found Pita Pit! After a lengthy drive from Ohio we were overdue for a healthier alternative to traditional fast food. This place was immaculate- even the restrooms. The service was wonderful Portions were plentiful! Wish we had a Pita Pit near us! We’d be the first customers if they open a franchise in Ohio!

I placed an order online for curbside pick up and when I got there I called and let them know I was here and was told that the order didn’t have curbside in the comment section of the order so I would have to come in to get it... are you kidding me? There was NO ONE in the restaurant! I can’t even lol absurd!
