We ordered delivery at our hotel. Pizza is terrible. All cheese no sauce. The thin crust was not what i should have been. Very sad that a pizza place that should be consistent isn't.

Tell me why when you place an order through the phone you have to go through a call center that transfers your order to them, what sense does that make?? Why can't I just place my order with the actual store? Then you have to go back and forth with phone operator. It's BS !!!!! LOL Lil Ceasars at least answers the phone and so does papa Johns and domino's. Pizza hut is a JOKE

Ordered two of their box deals. A melt, fries, and a soda. I only received one soda. I guess their mistake made it too much of an inconvenience to make it right. A few dollars of my next order??? Bold assumption considering how I am being treated. I paid for it and I expected it.

Store went above and beyond to accommodate me with an issue I had. I had called the store to order a pizza I normally order through the online app. The call got routed to a call center somewhere abroad and since I was driving when I called, the price she mumbled sounded about the same as I usually pay. In the person's defense I did abruptly hang up on her when she tried up selling me bullshit I didn't call to order. And rather than crash my car determining if I want chocolate chip cookies..... I erred on the side of public safety. When I get to the hut to pick up my order the cashier told me a price that was nearly double that of what I normally pay. Fyi to the price conscious btw. When I showed them what I normally pay they did politely adjust the price and explained the call center will never give you a deal. That's a pizza hut issue not a store specific issue in my opinion and they did the best they could to make good. To which I was satisfied.

Placed order on 1/23/25, pizza with boneless wings. Waited, waited waited, after 1 hour called store to find out where was the delivery, NO RESPONSE!!! Finally, neighbors from 8 houses down from me, knocked on the door, asked if I ordered a pizza, I responded yesterday, they said a delivery person rang their bell. They attempted to tell him they didn't order a pizza, but he said take it anyway and left!!!!! I attempted to call the store and speak to the manager, but he/ she never answered the phone. I called only to have the same negative response. The pizza by this time was cold and honestly terrible. I am calling my bank to stop payment for this obvious incompetent driver and store manager. I paid for a service and received a poor imitation for proper service.

I've literally been calling since Monday 01/20/25 4pm and NOBODY answers the phone what kind of business doesn't answer the phone I can understand being short staffed but that's when your "managers" step tf up and do their job!!!! No wonder nobody wants to work for you guys, since y'all can't answer let's see how long it would take for SOMEONE to email me bac; Delivery, food was cold for one and 2 I didn't get my drinks already bad enough I had to pay $24.28 for this BS but then I don't get my drinks

Food took well over an hour to arrive. I was not notified of any delivery changes until 7:30 when doordash sent me a message. In app said delivery would be at 7:01 and i was never updated. I also tried calling the location 4 times to no answers. Food arrived cold. I will not be ordering or recommending anyone to the location if they cannot deliver within a reasonable timeframe. location is: 423-A US Hwy 80 W

I ordered a stuffed crust with 1/2 pepperoni, sausage, olive and 1/2 ham, pineapple, and bacon. They forgot the pepperoni and the bacon and the pizza was barely cooked. I spent 1.5 hrs trying to call the store and they never answered the call. I tried the call center and they told me they could transfer me to the store. They never answered either. I strongly suggest everyone avoid the Pooler Pizza Hut. At least Papa John’s will answer the phone

I am very disappointed in the food that I ordered tonight. Normally, our experience is a 10/10. Ordered sausage and pepperoni for both pizzas only received pepperoni.

I picked up a pizza on 9.2.24. Immediately I noticed that the pizza was lacking cheese. I was in a rush so I mentioned the lack of cheese to the worker. He offered to make another pizza. I replied; “I don’t have time now. I am in a rush.” On the way to my destination I ate a slice of pizza, which tasted very unsavory. Not only did it lack cheese but it also had extra sauce and the sauce tasted very bold. When I got to my destination my partner also ate a slice and was also displeased. At this time I tried to call Pizza Hut, four times, and I did not get an answer. The next day I went back up to Pizza Hut, with the 6 uneaten slices of pizza requesting to have the pizza made over. The manager told me that because I declined getting the pizza over the previous day that I could not get the pizza made over. How disappointing! I drove 40 min to this specific Pizza Hut because I thought they had the best pizza. Now I won’t patronize them ever again due to their poor customer service.

We were visiting from out of state, just wanted something to take back to our hotel and decided to stop here last second, associate greeted us as we walked in with a smile, ordered our food and was on our way in 15 minutes, our pizzas and cheese sticks were hot and cooked just right! We will be back when we are in town again!
