I'd never heard of PONKO Chicken before and stopped on a whim, not really sure what to expect. What I got was absolutely delicious. I got their PONKO Chicken with BBQ, fries, and a side salad with a sesame dressing. The chicken came with an almost crunchy sweet BBQ glaze, and the fries had a wonderful seasoning. The salad was tasty too; had never tried sesame dressing before either but enjoyed every bite! The cashier was nice and helpful, and the atmosphere was modern and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend PONKO and their Japanese-style chicken fingers!

It's not often I find tofu on the menu at a fast casual restaurant so I had to try it out. I loved it. Glad to see vegan/vegatarian options on the menu. I got the Tofu tenders with their spicy sauce which was very flavorful but not super spicy. The one ding I gave was for the brown rice which was tasty but had some hard, dried sections. Very good overall and I will be back again.

PONKO is absolutely delicious! The chicken is perfectly crispy outside, moist inside, and so flavorful! The sides are also delicious. The restaurant is clean with comfortable seating, and the service is incredible. Such nice and friendly people working here! I can't say enough great things about this place. Do yourself a favor and eat at PONKO!

Stopped in for a quick to go order. We got OG and Spicy fingers with fries, pickles and Island Veggies. Everything was incredible! The food was fresh and so tasty. The staff was super nice and it was a very clean restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Great customer service, food was received about 10-15 minutes after ordering. Chicken was tender and juicy but crispy on the outside for that perfect crunch. Rice was delicious and the veggies were well seasoned. Needless to say, I will we back

Harrison was so nice when we walked in and took my order, I ordered what he recommended and was not disappointed! Tacos were amazing, French fries were soooo good and the Pickles were addicting! Fabulous, fresh food and wonderful smiling faces. Will be back for more soon! Bring your friends!

First time and it will not be my last time! It was FANTASTIC!! I ordered 3 chicken finger in OG sauce (teriyaki) plate with two sides (sweet fries and green beans). Added a side of pickles (which are cucumbers slices in vinegar) that reminded me of my grandmother-in-law!! Logan the manager was very informative and friendly. Parker the cashier greeted me as soon as I came in. He was very familiar with the menu and had great recommendations. Nathan the cook was very nice and such a great chef!! Can't wait to go back. I got 2 of Betty's cookies (oatmeal chocolate chip) and a red velvet Ponko cake up too! I highly recommend this place!!
Our third time here. Consistently fantastic. I love their Ponko Chicken tacos with the OG sauce. I still get the other sauces and mix and match. Fried hotdog is yummy. Green beans were also tasty. Harrison was great and took our order which came to us a few moments after we sat down.Highly recommended! Indoor and outdoor seating. Military and First Responder discounts.

I visited this restaurant because my pedicurist recommended it. The staff (I think it’s run by the owners/family?) are incredibly sweet - I was asking about different items on the menu and they very patiently described everything and recommended things based on my preferences. It seemed like everyone was happy to be working there. The food is incredible - can’t recommend the teas enough either. Ponko chicken is a hidden gem that should be visited more - give this sweet family/staff the support they deserve !

Our experience at PONKO was fantastic. The food was almost as phenomenal as the staff! My husband and I had the chicken plate. Both the OG and spicy sauces were great, as were the fries and green beans. Thanks to the cashier, we knew what to order (it was our first time). The guys who ran us our food and check on us were super great, too. Major shout out to these guys and the leadership at this store! We will most definitely be back!
