They charge by the hour and was cut off in the middle of a game.it maybe great for younger players but not me senior đ
Ok food/Very basic, games are fun, ok drinks
Excellent place to visit on weekends. Great service, and the drinks are the best. Always a great reward after a long week of work.
Our lane resetter broke they had to call a maintenance person from off site. We sat there for 15 mins. They could have moved us to another lane but wouldnât, would not refund our money we had to dispute charges on our cc. Completely unapologetic
Came in right at opening with my wife after leaving Frames Nâ Games, where we had our new balls drilled by Stevie. If you bowl and care about your equipment, go see him. We tested the balls there first and they picked up clean, visible oil lines from house shots exactly as expected.
Then we came to Premier Bowl & Bistro.
Keep in mind the open at 5pmâwe walked in there at 5:04 pm and when we arrived at lane 9, there was already a house ball sitting in the gutter. I notified the gentleman working the desk and he removed it. Shortly after, the lane began having mechanical issues: pins would set but be missing a few, then the rack wouldnât reset at all, and eventually the lane stopped setting pins entirely for about five minutes. Keep in mind, we paid for an hour of lane time. Even after it came back, the pinsetter was noticeably slow.
And then there were the lane conditions.
These lanes were bone dry. Not âlight oil.â Not âtransitioned.â Dry like a library book left in the sun. My ball looked like it had rolled across unfinished hardwood instead of a conditioned lane. No oil line(s). No carrydown. Nothing. Completely unusable conditions if you actually bowl and arenât just there to throw house balls into the gutter.
It wasnât just us either. Another bowler approached me to ask if our lane was burned as well, and the couple bowling to our right had resorted to lofting the ball halfway down the lane to no avail. Thatâs not skill; thatâs desperation caused by bad conditions.
To make matters worse, my wife politely asked if they could change one of the TVs to the Notre Dame vs UConn womenâs basketball game. We were told she would need to purchase another lane for that to happen.
Let that sink in. Paying customers, already bowling, asked for a TV change and were told to spend more money just to watch a game, despite the place not being packed or crowded at all.
Between the nonexistent lane oil, repeated pinsetter issues that ate into our paid time, and the nickel-and-dime attitude, this place feels more like a bar that happens to own lanes than a bowling alley. If youâre a serious bowler testing equipment or expecting standard lane conditions, look elsewhere. If you value basic customer service, same advice.
Lots of fun
Good food and beverages as well
Balls were sticky and restrooms were not well taken care of. Disappointing for a relatively new place.
So I came here tonight.. So disappointed.. The employee came and brought a pizza over to my table And come to find out he brought pizza to the wrong table so I had to pay for an extra because they employee made the mistake...
Good wings. Great atmosphere. Fun place to get together with friends!
We hosted a company event here. I worked with Brittany in the weeks leading up to it to get food and details ironed out.
She made multiple proactive calls to me confirming details and setting expectations.
The facility is spotless and very modern. The food was excellent. Our team had a great time and weâd highly recommend them.

Why does a bowling alley have such great pizza. Our group meets here once a month on Mondays for half price pizza and bowling.
Excellent Wednesday wings. The cold beer and drinks are served with friendly service.
