Adrian did an AMAZING job on our daughter’s safari themed cookie cake! She incorporated all of the details that we asked for and executed them beautifully! Thank you!
I swear! It's like people complain about wanting to work but gets mad when a robot take your job. If you don't want to work, DON'T CLOCK IN!! Pretzel is okay, but attitude is worse?

The "pretzel"maker didn't actually sell pretzels. All they sold were bland pretzel bites that tasted terrible. Do not go here for pretzels!
The designers are amazing! They have made my son’s drawings into awesome cookie cakes two years in a row! Plus, multiple other awesome one we have gotten for other birthdays and occasions! So thankful for them :-)
Customer service is phenomenal! Despite all the limitations from COVID-19 I was able to request a cookie cake and order it. They made it super easy, stress free, and convenient as well as contact free in order to follow local protocols for the pandemic. I called and spoke with owner to tell her what I had in mind and placed the order and she went above and beyond! Thank you again! Cookie cake was beautiful, plentiful, and delicious! ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend!
With the pizza melt, I can still cruise to Pretzelmaker and stick to the all-pizza diet that I've been working on for a few weeks !!
The pretzels were okay but the price was 2x what it should be. The hot cheese sauce is good.
Walked in and they were not busy at all. I stood at the register for a good few minutes before I was even acknowledged. I ordered an Icee, three cookies, and a cup of pretzel bites. The cookies she gave me were good. I've never had a bad cookie from AC. However the Icee was overflowing, which doesn't sound like a bad thing but it was dripping down the sides and caused a huge mess. When I got done paying, the cashier said "oh we're out of pretzel bites, they're making some right now." I didn't ask how long it would be because I just assumed it would take a few minutes and I didn't mind waiting. I'm not even kidding, it took well over 45 minutes for them to give me a cup of pretzel bites. I'm fairly sure they forgot about me sitting there (the ONLY person in their shop) and just assumed I was just at a table with my three year old for fun. When I noticed the pretzels were refilled, I walked up and asked for the cup I ordered almost an hour ago and she says "oh, you got the salted pretzel bites, right?" She gave me the (undercooked) bites and I asked for a sauce. I always assumed that they were free when you ordered the bites because the millions of times I've ever ordered them from other locations, no one has ever told me they cost extra. Anyways, I didn't have a problem paying 85 cents for the 2oz container of pizza sauce but it was frustrating because I waited SO long for my pretzels and I just wanted to leave. I honestly should have asked for a refund and went on my way but they're my sons favorite so I waited. Never again. The employees were all on their phones and they all had attitudes. I will never come back to this location.
This place was very unprofessional I walked in and no one greeted me she just stood there looking d*** founded as I stood to rhe register then she finally said I'll take you at the other register with an attitude
Good treats
