I had high hopes for the food. I got the Bacon Ranch Burger. My wife for the mushroom burger. The flavors were bland, the onion rings were under cooked.
That being said it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I did like the fries! Also the prices were a little higher than they should be... I might go back and try sometime else on the menu.

I came here two days in a row, the first day was for lunch. I enjoyed a Chilli Cheese Slaw Dog and a coke. This was one of the best Chilli dogs ever.
I also loved the old fashion decor. It's been a long time since I've seen ablums, they were everywhere. Old tunes played in the background making this place even more exciting to dine in.
The service is first class.
My second visit was for breakfast I ordered the Ronnie Jr Breakfast which consists of eggs, grits with bacon. I enjoyed my breakfast too.
My next visit I will try a hamburger. I hear the milkshakes are delicious too.

I love this place. No nonsense burger joint with pleasant enough eating area with americana on the walls. There should be more places like Ronnies where what you see is what you get! Tasty!

Has the old '50s '60s vibes. Red vinyl booths. Good music, playing and friendly staff.
They have great milkshakes!
Also some of the best onion rings you'll find.

So it's a counter-order place(yes, tips are asked for at transaction when ordering but there's an option for 'no tip' so you may table tip if so wanted). I had the most unusual meatloaf which appeared to be a pressed, round patty garnished with ketchup and spent some time in the oven. The mashed potatoes and Cole slaw were great plus a really good milkshake afterwards. Their electronic menu board needs some review and editing too. The location is iconic I've learned as it used to primarily be a gas station several decades ago and morphed into what it is today with it also being a location for a couple of film productions. The location is decorated with items from the old gas station days and other time related items. I hope to peruse their menu over time!

Great local restaurant. Milkshakes are the best.

Pizza burger was pretty good, I'll definitely have to come back for their Philly cheesesteak. Nice little restaurant, but they have you pay at the front when you order your food and I don't like it when they ask for a tip before you've even tried the food or seen the service because I'll leave a bigger one after a good experience.

Asked Google maps to find us a local diner when we were heading south in I-40, and 17 minutes later we were up to our eyeballs in great American fare. Simple and delicious Angus beef burger and steak fries. Their famous hand spun milkshakes are hands scooped Tillamook ice cream. They are not playing around in the milkshake business! They have a rich local history, a story well-depicted in the photos that adorn the walls.

I was headed to B&D burgers when I asked chatgpt about best burgers in pooler… this was number 1 over b&D and let me tell you it was GREAT! We got a double specialty burger side and drink, a single specialty burger side and drink and French toast at 2pm for $44. Delicious, plenty for the 3 of us. Highly recommend!
