Salad bar items were not all fresh. Lettuce was turning brown...some veggies were slimey. Took over 3 tries to get our burgers made right.

12/29/25 waiting for food that never came
Ruby Tuesday needs to be shut down. Not that I would eat the salad bar filthy. đ€ź The cook just left we were sitting for 45 min waiting for nothing. Corporate office close this establishment please the carpet felt greasy. The waitress was vacuuming while customers are sitting down. Hands down disgusting.

Terrible service! I sat at the bar for over 8 minutes without being acknowledged by the bartender, Christiana, despite her walking past me multiple times. The bar was nearly emptyâjust me and two other guests who had already been servedâso there was no excuse for being ignored.
During this time, she made comments like âlong nightâ and âIâm not sure if weâre getting out on time,â which made it clear she was more focused on leaving than helping guests. When I finally stopped her to get assistance, she cut me off and said âWeâre closed.â Thatâs it, that all! No smile, no âhey how are youâ. No âhow can I help youâ. Nothing, but rudeness. No one had informed me of this, and I was there to pick up a to-go order. The to-go door is literally right next to the bar, and she clearly saw me walk in and sit down.
When I asked why no one had spoken to me, she responded with âI thought someone talked to you,â which simply wasnât true. She continued helping the guest sitting right next to me while ignoring me entirely.
As I proceeded to get information from Zell (management) of the to go order, I inform him my issues as well. While exiting the restaurant, Christina proceeds to make smart slick comments about me behind the bar to Zell. She assumed I was gone. (Why is management even allowing their bartender to make rudely comments about guests in front of them anyway?) I turn around and ask her whats the issue. Why are these slick comments being made towards me because youâre tired and want to go home?! Thatâs when I proceeds to give a few nice words of encouragement backđ, hopefully sheâll learn how to be more direct next time!
To make matters worse, she refused to give her name. Another employee, Mack, stood by while I asked for a manager and also claimed I couldnât be given her name. After waiting another 10 minutes, Mack then told me he was the manager, contradicted himself, and still made no effort to resolve the issue.

The worse I've ever experience, food over an hour low crowd.entree served after diner.steaks burt DRY DRINKS over priced from there drink menu said this is on christmaseve.after.meals return still paid for 1 rack ribs only thing that was edible and soda 1glass wine 1 ice tea long Island aN a captain an coke which was made with cranberry 81.00 GARBAGE .NEVER EVER RERURN....

The service was terrible, the waitress took forever to do everything, and we didn't get regular until we were leaving, and it took her forever to do that also. The food was hard and cold, the added ingredients that I told them not to add due to allergies. They made the food over and bought it back cold and I couldn't eat it. This place was not even packed and nothing went right about going here. They lost 6 customers tonight.
I am surrounded by customers that are mad their food is taking so long. Our food was on time but I heard a waitress tell the manager/cook two times to cancel an order because it was taking so long but the manager still continued to make the food then argue that she was on time. She was not. My service was wonderful but the atmosphere was negative with all the complaints.

Very nasty very dirty smell like a wet dog just got done playing, gave my grandmother food poisoning I wouldnât eat there if they were the last place on earth Iâll starve.

I couldn't believe they don't think people notice the portions have shrunk, tremendously!....and the prices are waaaay too high! I wanted to scream! The meals don't even taste good anymore. Sad... I use to be a regular.

I had the worst experience ever food was awful no staff and no customer service at all salad bar empty no mgmt in sight had the opportunity to pick from a few places but wanted to go there đą I love the bar...I picked the wrong time to go...And when you file a complaint they don't respond to correct the situation
