This Place Needs A Lot Of Help! I've Worked In The Food Industry For Years, And This Was A Huge Disappointment, And A Waste Of $85. The Hostess And Server, Were The Only Good Thing About My Experience, Sadly. Salad Bar Looks Like It Had Been Sitting There Since Opening, And Never Refreshed Or Cleaned. Was Craving Something Cajun, So I Ordered The New Orleans Seafood For Myself With The Salad Bar As An Add On. The Food Was Bland, And Scorching Hot, Like It Was Microwaved. My Husband Had No Complaints About His Rib Order, But My Daughters Steak Was Dry And Hard To Chew. And To Top The Whole Experience Off, As We Finished Dinner, My Daughter And I Went To Go Wash Our Hands In The Restroom, And There Was A Lady In Her Underwear, Standing At The Sink, Washing The Blood Out Of Her Pants, With No Care In The World. We Walked Out, And Quietly Reported It To A Worker At The Bar, And We Left Before I Puked My Dinner Up. If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would!

Uber eats a full rack of ribs only to wonder how many people they beat up before getting here because they were tuff as hell, called the restaurant 9 times who never picked up the phone 70.00 bucks wasted. 7-30-25

I have always liked Ruby Tuesday for their varied menu and the Garden Bar. Not sure what is happening in this one, but the items in the garden bar looked and tasted like they had been there since the previous day. Big turn off. At least the burger was good.
Service was great and the restaurant was clean. They just need to keep the garden bar fresh.

Was not able to get seated at this location after waiting ~40m, so I left.
If you wish to eat at this location, dinnertime & highly active times are a NO-GO.
This is mainly due to this location being understaffed, to which I do not know whose fault it is.
Either way, Ruby Tuesday is a really nice place to eat at. If you can get a seat without needing a reservation/wait, you're likely going to be up for some fine food.

Stopped in for their Garden Bar. Fresh looking and fresh tasting, clean, and consistently stocked. Trinity, the manager, stopped by my table to ask about my experience. Very pleased with my lunch. Will definitely return.
We're the family of 4 that left after waiting an hour for our food, which still wasn't done when we left. The restaurant was empty so, the issue was probably the fact that the 1 cook they have had his phone in one hand talking the whole time and trying to cook with the other. As other reviews state the place desperately needs an update to foster a more welcoming atmosphere. That's not something the staff can control though.

Long wait cause the cook stayed on the phone the whole time we waited an hour for hamburgers but ended up leaving cause after an hour the food still wasn't ready very disappointing 😒

Overall the food was average. The salad bar, however looked good, but I did not try it. In the ladies bathroom there was a broken light under the ceiling, just waiting to fall on some body. The restaurant definitely needs some upgrades. Does not smell fresh when you walk in.
