This location allows a church to hassle customers almost daily by selling trinkets at the front door. Today however a man approached my wife’s vehicle as she pulled into a parking spot and waited behind her car for her to get out. Fortunately my wife has situational awareness and other means to keep her safe. As she waited to exit the vehicle two other ladies walked by and he went on to hassle them. My wife noticed he had a shirt with the church’s logo on. These folks may have Jesus on their side, but in today’s environment, waiting behind someone’s car is a quick way to meet Him. This should not be allowed, especially at a place where we pay a fee for a membership.

Terrible location. Useless being a Sam's Plus member as the order gets delivered wrong and staff/management never address the issues. I recommend saving your money and getting a Costco membership if you are in the Pooler area. Worst Sam's I've ever visited/ordered from!

This place has had and still has serious management issues. Fran should be fired in my opinion. One package of three package of salmon that was $5.00 off Instant Savings would not ring up. She came over and typed it in. A questioned her about the savings...wrong thing to ask!!! Well it didn't come off, so I called her back. She then removed one of the other three and was going to take off $5.00. I explained to her that it already would take off $5.00. Again how dare I question the Almighty Fran because she knew what she was doing. I questioned her again and she just got snappy. Well not only did it not work, instead it removed the $5.00 off the other two, but she had already walked off and was gone. Well she was obviously too busy saving the world and setting everyone else straight that she didn't need to see if it worked, because it had to be since she did it with her superior voice and condescending tone she took with me. I mean it must have been my fault, right? Just tell me it was my fault and I will shut up and sit down. Sorry for daring to set foot in Sam's.
This is not the first time she has been rude to me. If she ever speaks to me like that again I will call her out very loudly in front of everyone for speaking to me like that.

Come on Sam’s Club Cafe- get it together! Why, every time we come, do you not have pretzels or churros?! Haven’t been able to get them for the last 2 months and there’s no way that you always, “just ran out!” Today, no pretzels, no churros, no frozen yogurt. The kids look forward to this special treat. Big disappointment- I shouldn’t have to call ahead for these basic items that are on the menu and should be available.

I just bought one tonight(7/18) and had to pop it in the microwave for 5 minutes to finish cooking it because it was still pinkish inside. I live 45 minutes away so it's not like it's convenient to return it to exchange it!! I've seen them package them up they never check them!!

decided to stay at Sam's Club. With the new Costco down the road . Costco is a very nice store and is very large . Things at Costco seem cheaper until you look at the smaller packages. Certain things Sam's have that they don't.
