RUN! Dinner was horrible! Great server, combo, hostess, bartender. But the FOOD, YUCK! Canned chicken noodle soup, can you say Aldi’s canned! Frozen French fries, and a steak that was ordered medium rare , served well done! Shoe leather variety. On top of that they charge like a five star restaurant. Do your self a favor go to Hardee’s next door. The food is cheaper and much better!!!!!!

Courtney is awesome, very attentive and personal and her suggestions on the Tea is spot on. Not too many hotels have cozy bars and grill. Will definitely be back again.

On the evening of 27 July, 2023 we checked in to the Savanna Airport-Pooler hotel, and found insects & blood on the sheets when we pulled the covers back. We immediately packed and left the room, and went to the front to get our refund and leave the hotel for another. We were informed that we couldn’t be refunded that night, or even get a receipt of our charge. We asked that the manager be contacted which she was, and she informed her clerk that she would make the refund in the morning when she got in. Four days later the full charge was charged to my card, and I had to formally dispute the charge through my bank. *Side note… the signage said “Brand New Best Western” But it was just a refurbed Old Holiday Inn.

Clean and great for over night stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Not a far drive to downtown. We stopped for a one night stay on our way to Florida. We drove to downtown to explore and it was a easy drive. The breakfast was good and the lady that worked the breakfast was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The breakfast is first rate. Plenty of hot and cold food items-scrambled eggs, sausage, French toast, cereal, fruit. Room beds were comfortable and clean. There is an exercise room as well as computers in the lobby.

Spacious clean room with excellent customer service and delicious breakfast. Tina, greeted us as we entered and checked us in expeditiously. Enjoyed the pool and patio with family. Also, having a pantry to purchase snacks was welcoming and convenient.

Entrance was clean and bright. Lady at the front desk was very Professional and helpful. The Room was very clean and looked like a new building with new rooms no carpeting. Breakfast had a good amount to choose from and the staff was very attentive refilling the food. I would recommend this Place.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff let me check the rooms available and gave me a choice of view for my preference. Clean and friendly, rates at a good price, breakfast included and restaurant on site for evening orders.

Hairs in the shower from previous guest, chair near bed disgusting with stains all over & sharp staple or something sticking out that scraped my leg as I accidentally hit the chair walking by it. (wouldn’t even sit in it, it was so gross). Trash left in room after they “cleaned”, and a magic erase left on the back of the toilet. Elevator sounded like it was going to break down every time we got on and the pool water was very murky (we decided not to even attempt to use the pool)

Over all was not a great experience. The pool was cold and had a broken door so anyone off streets could come in (and they did) phone in room was broken. Ac was not blowing cold air all night. Very disappointed over all.

This hotel is so filthy. Clearly, the cleaners simply don't care. The door was broken, the bed springs were broken, the sitting chair was soiled badly. To top it off, the walls are paper thin. My family and I felt so disgusted laying our heads down in this place. I used Lysol to spray the entire room down. Never again!

I was traveling alone as I do multiple times a year from Miami to North Carolina. Other hotels that I always stay at were full due to the holiday. I walked into this room after receiving decent customer service at the front desk, and I was a palled at the state and smell of the room. It smelled like sweaty bodies and cologne. It had been quickly thrown together, and I do not even think was vacuumed. The AC unit would go on and off and on and off making a trucker sound. The room was dark and very dusty and felt like a scene from an X-rated movie. So it sounds as I am exaggerating I am not. I paid $300 to not stay at this hotel. I walked in looked around felt very uncomfortable, grabbed my bags got in my car and drove to Jacksonville where I then stayed at a very nice Marriott property. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was horrific. I am extremely disappointed and as a woman traveling alone, I never want to feel that way again. I didn’t mention it to anyone because I was so uncomfortable I needed to get the hell out of there. Honest and truth right here

My husband & I stayed at the Best Western, Mar 3-5 2023 for a birthday party. Our room was very nice, extremely clean. Housekeeping & all staff were very friendly &helpful. Excellent Management!!

Front desk staff, Tina and Gracey, were AMAZING! I messed up our reservations and they fixed it for me. The breakfast was also on point. Shireas made sure the food was always on the bar while also greeting everyone who came into the breakfast area.

Hello, This hotel is flithy and not clean. My shower in my room had lots of hair from pervious people who stayed in the room. The outside of the building had trash everywhere and was not well kept. The room had an odor in which got into our clothes. We could not shower i HAD TO SHOWER at a friend house.
