gave this place a shot and man these reviews are right! Bartender can’t make drinks for anything. Taste like fruit juice. Food was just salty. 12/10/24.

I would never eat from this place again! The customer service is awful. My best friend & I ordered some food through door dash from this place & spent 70.00 dollars for 3 pieces of broccolini & a hand full of diced potatoes & the smallest piece of salmon. I almost thought I was being punk’d when I opened the box. I called to get a refund & the owner basically just told me because I order through door dash he can’t do anything but remake my food & I have to come & pick it up, mind you the whole reason we order the food was because we are not from here & needed the delivery service because we didn’t have out rental car yet.

Music does not match the atmosphere. To loud and the wrong type of music. When you walk in you would expect to hear jazz or piano music. N not rap music

The owner is rude arrogant he says the customer is wrong. They tried to charge us for food and not give us the food and when I asked for the food the waitress said they threw it out but then the owner finally comes and says that they have the food I. The back but he wouldn’t serve it so he will have to remake it and that he will be loosing money. They didn’t have any air conditioning in the reserves party room. It was a horrible experience I would not recommend, there are several other restaurants in the area that will give better service and better food at a reasonable price. The Cajun shrimp and chicken was not worth 28$. If I could give a zero I would.

Our evening started off beautifully, featuring delicious drinks and great company. The food was decent, but as the night went on, the service became noticeably distant. We waited over 30 minutes for dessert and eventually had to flag down another server, as our original server, whom we believe was Chantel, appeared preoccupied, wandering and sitting around with a drink in hand. While we understand that everyone deserves to enjoy their evening, perhaps saving drinks for after service would be more appropriate in the future. This was a special anniversary for us, and we felt neglected as the night progressed…

I came all the way from California for an over-hyped experienced & under-expierienced servers. Servers were unhelpful and the food was mediocre & bland. I wouldn't recommend going there. Save your money. Beautiful restaurant but not all that thrilling, really. I'll be going else where next time I'm in town.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this establishment that left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The liquor drink I ordered was overwhelmingly sweet, tasting more like syrup than anything remotely resembling alcohol. What made it worse was the staff's apparent indifference. I noticed them wandering around, laughing and enjoying themselves, seemingly oblivious to the customers they were meant to serve. It felt like we were an afterthought, which was incredibly frustrating! To top it all off, the food was simply disgusting. I couldn't even finish my meal, which is something I rarely do. I hoped to get some guidance from the staff, but when I asked the female server for a recommendation, she couldn't suggest anything. It was completely ridiculous and left me even more frustrated.
Overall, I left feeling sad and unappreciated. I won’t be coming back to this bar EVER again!!!
