I had two disappointing visits here I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with no rice add vegetables. I drove all the way home and found out I had steak shrimp chicken with rice so I called and spoke to the manager J and he told me he would replace it so I came by today to pick up my order, I drove all the way home And instead of teriyaki chicken with vegetables. I got teriyaki chicken and rice and no vegetables so two times my order was wrong two times I wasted my time. It’s a little aggravating to have to try and check your meal before you leave. I guess I should have.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years, and ordering the same meal literally for 8 years, tonight the cashier tells me “you can’t order it like that” with an attitude, and then after I placed my order he goes in the kitchen to talk trash about me explaining how I’ve been ordering the same meal for years. I definitely won’t be back, after all these years coming here. There’s so many options to eat in Pooler, and honestly the service industry in whole is beyond sad.

The wife loves his place but I'm not a big fan steak was ever cooked shrimp had a funny taste and it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great definitely overpriced and normally when I eat at a place like that I can eat on the meal that I get twice. To be honest I'm still kind of hungry so they lucky they got a three

Ordered steak medium rare, of course they ignore that and cook it well done. Like chewing a greasy peice of plywood. Happens all the time. Time to stop eating here, until they get a cook who can cook, or hear.
Why cook it well done as a default? Ask any steakhouse the percentage of people who order well done, very low
Go to medium as a default. Get with the rest of the world.

This is what a $16 super bowl (chicken + rice) looks like.

I went back to this restaurant because my friend really wanted to go. The food tasted like cat food. We got hibachi bowls with different meats in them. It really did taste like cat food, my friend agreed. If you want something similar to this that is actually delicious go to sumo's hibachi off of highway 80 in Pooler. They use fresh ingredients have a better menu with better sushi and better hibachi. And of course it does not taste like something I would feed my cat like seasons of Japan does

I happened to be walking by this place and thought, what the hay, why not. I'm glad I did. Reasonably priced ramen and sushi, I'm game. Staff was good, food was excellent and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I think they have fried cheesecake too, what more could you want?

They will not answer the phone. I tried for over 30 minutes to place an order for multiple people. Had to take my service elsewhere.

This location used to be top notch, and it has fallen off drastically. Today my wife and I came in for lunch and the gentleman taking the order was mumbling so badly I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. When we received our order (a steak bento box with edamame and a pepper chicken bento box with veggies) the sides were reversed. No big deal, easy swap on my end. The veggies were cold, the steak tasted as if it had been soaking in warm soy sauce, and the California rolls were more brown avocado and crab salad with no cucumber. The chicken I got was regular teriyaki chicken and not the pepper chicken I ordered. We got two drinks as well, the green tea machines were not circulating so the green tea was not drinkable. The Coke machine would not dispense Coke Zero, so we asked if they could change it out since it seemed like it was empty. The lady I asked said “oh our diet sweetener for the machine doesn’t work anymore, so we don’t have diet drinks anymore.” That would’ve been nice to know when we ordered and paid for drinks.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but we’ve just continued to have awful experiences at this Seasons. Set the bar very low if you decide to come here. I recommend a different choice for your meal, though.

I came in at 820 I wanted teriyaki chicken and pepper chicken as well with a side of noodles I order my food and when I got home I got the teriyaki chicken and rice. I have a K8 allergy and can I eat the rice and since the rice was touching the chicken wasting my money

We came here for a lunch date. This hibachi location is pricey for the food, although it's a decent portion. My food was okay; it could've been a lot better if it had been warm/hot throughout. Pieces of my shrimp and steak were cold. Both our vegetables were fairly cold. It was as if my food was sitting and re-served. We had to wait on the lobster rolls, but we didn't really like them, either. Most of the tables needed to be cleaned as well, not busy when we arrived. Restaurant has the potential to be better.

It's amazing food and there's almost never lots of people at once so you don't have to wait in a long line

Parking: It's as a normal restaurant with a parking lot near the building, and it free but no valet

Paid for the filet minon steak & shrimp combo. The steak was very good. Better quality than i expected. Sadly i can't say the same for the shrimp because they left a big empty spot where the shrimp should have been. Guess no one stops to wonder why the other workers put in the extra effort to keep a spot open while not letting the other food spill over.

Dietary restrictions: They force restrict shrimp from you.

Kid-friendliness: Not a good place to bring kids who like shrimp.
