Did not know that 8:45 was the new 9:30, saw crew out back and no one taking order at window. Broken speaker with one sign saying “order here” and the other saying “go to window” . Other cars sat in line and pulled off w/o food also. Honestly have never had a good experience at their drive-thru.

The teriyaki chicken was entirely too salty, did not taste fresh. The fried rice was tasteless, stiff, and hard from being reheated, my zucchini mix was stone cold in the middle as though it came from the refrigerator and wasn't heated long enough. Cost almost 45 bucks for 3 people and was definitely not fit to eat. We did not complain because we didn't want to be ''that guy.'' I've never seen this restaurant so empty of customers as it was this visit, and I can taste why. It's nothing like it used to be, this used to be my favorite place to eat when I'd go to Pooler. After this experience today, and another bad experience back in September 2023, I definitely won't be back to ANY Seasons of Japan locations whatsoever.

I'm not sure if I just chose the wrong day to go here, but I could not stomach the sushi I purchased. I dare not say the things that were wrong with it. $22 for nothing. Sorry, Seasons of Pooler..

I begrudgingly write this review because I love seasons so much. However the Seasons in Pooler has consistently let us down. The latest was the miso soup. It was disgusting and nobody wants to pay $7 for hot water and onion shavings. Just stick to the super bowl.. that never misses.
This is the best season of Japan in Pooler Ga. It smells wonderful when you walk in.

Very awesome food. I'm always satisfied with the Super Bowl when I come here. The restaurant is always spotless and just wanna say kudos to y'all for keeping those glass doors sparkling clean. Service is very good and staff is awesome at cooking and ringing people up. Was pleasantly surprised to get my company discount without having to ask. Props to the cashiers for paying attention!!!

Good place to go get your Hibachi fix on and the sushi wasn't bad either.
