I love Smoothie King, but the Pooler location is less than to be desired for. The two staff members tonight looked as if they couldn’t care less about their job. They were super slow, and hateful. Worst Smoothie King experience I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be back to this location.

Me & my wife went into this establishment to order a strawberry lemon twist. The young fella in front counter took the longest to even take my order. The other gentleman that was working with him asked if he needed help multiple times. The young fella said no he had it, he was mistaken. I told him I wanted to do the 12oz smoothie then upsize it to the 32oz smoothie. He failed to type it in correctly on the computer I used the QR code on my phone and he charged me the full price $10.05. That’s when he went & got help, finally. So the other guy came up to help him I got my money refunded then had to go back through the process all over again. The whole time the smoothie still isn’t getting made I asked for no turbinado substitute it for stevia. In which he failed to do that as well so after waiting for 20 minutes I finally get my smoothie. It was only 8pm no customers after the one that was in the store when I first arrived to the store. Save your self the wait go to another Smoothie King.

We waited at the register for about 15 minutes to be helped by Micah. He then over charged us, then that took about 10 minutes to get squared away. Other than the overall time we spent in here, the smoothie was good.

They need some help in there I had to get my smoothie remade along with everyone else in there. They forgot to add ice the first time then forgot my add ins the second time. There was another man asking for a refund and another lady took one sip of her smoothie and said this isn’t right. And I didn’t feel like asking for another remake so I just left :(

I called and no one picked up first time. Called again and the employee said they can't take orders over the phone. Said i need to download an app... Bro I'll be there in 5 minutes just start making it lol. But I get there and the employee is sitting outside on his phone. I get it though... I won't make you work, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Was very disappointed i went in for my normal smoothie today, (Sunday 11/23 at 11:25am) and was told they only took credit cards today (I've heard of no CC because machine down or something like that) when I asked why she said because we are only taking cc no cash. I had cash and change to do exact amount but I guess they wanted to lose a customer.
This place has gone down hill! It was dirty and they literally were out of half of the menu options. And they were very rude about it. Very disappointing

I’ve been to the pooler location multiple times and either the staff does not care about their job or what kind of service is given . Items are out pf stock I’ll order something a not until I have my smoothie and come back to ask to fix it the employees say oh yea sorry we don’t have that. The employees look lost like they don’t know how to help you . I love smoothie kind but this location is downhill an always a bad experience.i ordered a pineapple surf today only to realize there was no strawberries in it. . I’d like to see this location since it’s off 95 do better compared to the other locations in Savannah
