MONEY STOLEN. Terrible customer service! I spent my entire lunch waiting on my order. I ordered my food 15 minutes in the app before showing up. I purchased, 4 mozzarella sticks and some tots. I patiently waited at the check in for 10 minutes only to have my order ‘complete’ and no one bring it! Yes I tipped. I went to the drive thru only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes MIND YOU there were no other cars in line or the drive in.

Drive thru line is horrible waited 15 mins in line just to get to speaker then another 15 to pay for food. Then my order was wrong as Asked for a large meal was given a medium , then when i brought it to the employee attention was told they can change my DRINK to a large but i told them not to worry about after been irritated by the wait time . SWEET TEA was sour and fries were a mixture of soggy and greasy , at least the burger was right .. This is unacceptable as a franchise , needs better management

This sonic is absolutely terrible. Multiple times I have gone amd ordered and encountered countless issues: few workers, terrible service, broken machines, unavailable items, etc. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This location is absolutely horrible. I tried to place a mobile order but was unsuccessful. At the restaurant I had to repeat my order 3 times for the woman to get it, then almost 30 minutes at the window. Of course one of the burgers was completely wrong and inedible but didn't realize it until I got home. And the cherry limeade didn't taste right. And please, change the fryer oil. Will not be back. Something is wrong evertime we come.

Sonic at Pooler near the outlets is unfortunately not a good location. I try my best to write positive reviews and be gracious when it comes to the food industry, but this location is not good. Time and time again, they have long waits AT the mic just for their first sentence to be that they are out of ice cream. I have heard them say that they are out of ice cream 4 times and it will be hours before they even close. I hope this location gets better management, so that the associates can have the support to do well.

Absolutely the worst place I have been, waited like Twenty minutes in line to order, then when I I at the order place they made me wait more, just to place a drink order, they were rude and yelled at me when I would ask if they were ready yet, then went back hours later, I was only one in drive thru and refused to wait on me because they were backed up in call in order, would not take my drink order, this place needs HELP!!!!! Will not go back to this place again,!!!!

Lady messed up several things on my order and I had to keep asking her to fix them. The sprite was out of syrup and ruined my mother’s Ocean Blue drink. I’m constantly having problems with this Sonic. Honestly, just go to a different location. Or a whole other place in general. This location is always slow, understaffed, rude, and there is constant issues with orders. I have never been so frustrated. I really do enjoy sonic but this was extremely disappointing. Yet again.

Have been waiting over 45 minutes for three drinks that we ordered in the app. It is clear why they have no customers here. I feel bad for the one employee working… but all the reviews online and in their local groups clearly show that corporate should probably pull this franchise.
