We arrived at 11:25 pm. After sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes, 3 cars had ordered and the car in front of us sat the the box for several minutes before driving away. When we got the the box we were told they were accepting delivery and mobile orders only. I attempted to quickly place a mobile order but the app said no orders can be placed at this location. After going back and forth the girl very rudely took our order. I drove over 20 minutes from another county for ice cream bc I’m pregnant. All we ordered was a Reese’s blast. When we pulled to the window there was a young guy standing there just staring at us drinking a milkshake and he never opened the window never spoke just stood there with his shake and staring. The girl finally came with the blast and we went to leave. I noticed it looked really white and upon taking a bite it was completely bland with no chunks or Reese’s taste at all. We pulled back through and just asked for a refund to go to cookout instead. The girl
Never said a word just took the shake and quickly gave us a receipt. I told my BF how did she do a refund without even asking for your card and when he looked at the receipt it clearly said “cash refund” but we received no cash. We backed up again and she argued the money would go back to our card. After asking for the manager he came from the back and said we were correct and gave us our money. The entire experience was awful, and as far as I’m concerned I’ll take my business to cookout or Dairy Queen bc it’s always the same when I go to any sonic in the Savannah area. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Pleaseee be better to your staff if you're this short on staff bro. Poor girl is struggling in here with just herself. I'm fine waiting and getting a half filled shaked lmao. But you know there's Hella Karen's in this world to break someone down when they're already over stressed 🧍🏽♀️

Worst Sonic around. So often I pull into a stall and they tell me only the drive through is open. And I can’t fricken order on the app cus they don’t have the large queso on there

It's surprising that a restaurant that serves a lot of ice cream has run out of it when it should be well known it’s gone through frequently.
The worker at the drive-thru on March 16 at 9:50 PM was friendly and provided a full refund for the inconvenience. I recommend that they be better prepared in the future and keep more ice cream available.
Also, the trash can near the drive thru entrance was STUFFED FULL to the point garbage was on the ground.

Didn't even get to order. After standing outside for 10 minutes and MULTIPLE employees saw us standing there. They finally said "were only accepting drive threw orders." REALLY?!

Pulled up to the order menu and sat there for 10 minutes before anyone spoke, then was asked to go to the drive thru where I sat for another 20 minutes. It wasn't busy. Ordered the Chili Cheese Dogs. A fork is generally used because they are messy. Not much on them to be messy! Fork wasn't needed. Very disappointed in the Sonic carhop and food experience. I spent over 15 minutes as the next person for the drive thru window. I barely saw anyone come to the window and there was a full line behind me and people were getting out of line because the wait was so long. I would’ve too but couldn’t because I was right behind the person at the window and there was a car right behind me. Never again. They need to hire more people if they don’t have enough employees.

Got the twisted Flamingo and adored it - got it a second time, they forgot the cherries at the bottom, get it a third time, they forgot to add the sweet cream and cherries..
Good food, just wish it was more consistent..

I’m just done ordering from this location.
They tell my driver there’s no drink even thought it’s the first think listed on the ticket, and they forget the bacon on a bacon burger
