We waited over 15 minutes at the order board and nobody answered. Two other cars that were waiting to order longer than us ended up leaving. The drive thru literally didn’t move even after we sat in it for an additional 5 minutes. We just ended up leaving, that was ridiculous.

Worst experience ever!!! Would not take 2 orders at the window so I ordered one through the app. One of the workers came out and asked if I forgot something. I informed them him that I ordered through the app as well. He said “oh” and went back in. I had to go and knock on the door and ask for my order. A different worker came out and said “oh, I forgot about that order”. Then the first guy came out with the food right after the second guy closed the door

Just had a wonderful customer experience with Dante. He took and confirmed my order. He was clearly understood and polite. He smiled and genuinely acted happy to be at work and interact with his customers! My burrito was cooked nicely with fresh ingredients and it was nicely portioned and rolled perfectly! My daughter’s bourbon coffee was tasty and neatly prepared. Nothing lacked in service or food. Thank you for a great quick breakfast!!! We will return!!!

The customer service is terrible. Half the time the staff doesn’t answer at the drive through and pretend they are not there. No matter what you order prepare to wait at least 30 minutes. You can literally order a straw and the wait will still be 30 minutes. They just need to close. I’m not even sure how they are still open.

Sonic Drive-In has decent food, but the experience is frustrating. The location is clearly understaffed, and service is painfully slow no matter what time you go. When the food does finally arrive, most of it tastes fine, but some items are barely warm, which really kills the enjoyment. The slushes and drinks are good, but the inconsistency with the actual food makes it hard to rely on this spot. They need more staff and better timing... right now it’s just a wait-and-see gamble every time you order.

Service was absolutely horrendous. Negative stars. Family was coming back up from a cruise trip and had been looking forward to sonic for several hours at this point for dinner - especially 2 small kids. We pulled up on Sunday, November 30th 2025 and pulled into a carhop spot around 8pm. Waited for almost 6 minutes before starting to push the button several times to speak to someone. Finally a girl says real nastily “go to the drive through” and I responded back that “it would have been nice to know that several minutes earlier now that 2 and 3 people are now ahead of us.” We pulled up to the drive thru. A guy says “we are only taking online orders.” I said “really?” He said “yes, really” then a girl in the background was laughing, and not just a normal chuckle, she was laughing hysterically! Sure gave off the impression that they only were taking online orders after I made the comment about cars being in front of us now which is extremely unprofessional, and not to mention, rude. I made the comment “glad she thinks it’s so funny.” I had two starving kids in the car wanting their items from sonic that they hadn’t been able to have for over a week. We mapped out our trip to make a stop specifically at this Sonic, only to be treated poorly for wanting to eat. I tried calling the phone number listed but it does not work. Tried calling it at 8pm
Sunday after this incident occurred and right before leaving this review. If they were only taking online orders, why didn’t the girl say that when she answered at the car hop? No, she just wanted to be rude and got a great laugh at my kids and family’s expense after what had already been a 9 out of 11 hour car ride for us with a 2 and 10 year old. Absolutely ridiculous how we were treated for no reason other than we just wanted to order their food. Those two individuals should be reprimanded or fired - especially the girl. If I treated someone like that at my job I’d be written up in a heartbeat. We left and didn’t order anything from there because at that point we figured it would probably be contaminated anyway based off of how we were being treated. One of the worst experiences we have ever had at any dining establishment.

Very disappointed in this sonic,we went there around 6pm we pulled through the drive thro and they said “Mobil and pick up only” so we order online and we waited for 30mins no one came outside when we looked they were all of the sudden taking drive thro,we went to the window to ask about our food and the staff was very unfriendly,making fun of me,threatening us and basically threw our bag of food and left but we were still waiting for our drinks and then we went up again to ask for our drink and some young guy came out very aggressive.JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DONT GO HERE

Two days ago I ordered a pretzel smasher and it was honestly one of the best burgers i ever tasted. Service was very quick and so friendly. Food was fresh and perfect!!

Waited for about an hour to get food here, and not even the order that I wanted because the burgers were “frozen”, whatever that means. In the time I was waiting in line AFTER ordering at Sonic, I walked across the street to Zaxbys, ordered food there, finished it, and still had about 20 minutes before I got my Sonic order. Truly the worst fast food experience of all time at this Sonic, which is unfortunate because Sonic has historically been my favorite fast food chain. It’s also crazy that everyone else writing reviews seems to be saying the same thing, and someone is replying to all of these, but clearly not taking any action to fix the problem. The upper management here needs to get their boots on the ground asap and start working to fix the staffing/efficiency/supply chain problems. Until that happens, I won’t be going back to this Sonic anytime soon.

Waited 15+ minutes for service. Finally after realizing no one was going to take our order we decided to go through drive through. We saw workers hanging outside so we figured maybe they were just on brake and would see us when we pulled through drive through. We pull up and the lady says “mobile and online orders only” so instead of just telling us that while we were waiting they let us sit until we decided to go through drive through.
