We had a TERRIBLE experience renting their event room for my sons graduation party. I was told we would have the room for 4 hours - the whole time planning the menu and time, no one said anything different. I had requested the party start at 730pm and food be served around 745pm. I had also asked if I could arrive at 630pm to decorate for the party and was told yes. I arrived at Spankys at 630pm ready to decorate and the host said I would have to wait be the room was not ready....read full review
Horrible food….burger burnt, chicken fingers dry and unseasoned.
Worst management and service tonight I have ever experienced. We waited over 2 hours for a large pizza. The waitress said several times the manager was coming to speak to us because they had some issues in the kitchen. She also said about a hour prior that our pizza was given to someone else. She finally brings my sons kid cheese pizza that was cold and burnt on the bottom. He didn't eat but a few bits saying it tasted funny. Matt was the manager who has very poor people skills....read full review
