Splendid Shabu lives up to its name—it’s easily the best spot for hot pot in the area. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing meal. The employees are always kind, attentive, and happy to walk you through the menu if you’re new to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving a cozy and satisfying hot pot night!

No stirfry hot pot only
Loved this place! Went for lunch after flying into Savannah. The regular broth was flavorful, the portions were huge, and the service was quick and attentive. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but is nice inside. The boba milk tea was large and had great flavor. Would go again if in the area!
Love their hot pot broth base flavors - I got the little sheep spicy broth. It was so good! Generous helpings of vegetables with each meat choice. Like the extra add-on options. Service was good, and they were very kind. A must try!
Delicious healthy fresh food.🍱 how did it take me so long to find this place?
I like it. Food is customizable. A wide variety of items to choose from to build your Pho (soup.) Like 6 types of mushrooms, probably 10 different meats. Lots of vegetables and condiments. Maybe 5 different broths. Maybe 7 or 8 types of noodles, to include Udon and Ramen noodles. The servers are friendly. One pot of food can easily feed two people with 2nd and 3rd servings each. For 2 people, I recommend 1 pot.
This is one of our most favorite restaurants in Pooler. I rave about the food to everyone I know. The service is excellent and the owner is incredible. Love the hands on experience and the amount of food you’re given.
I lived in Japan a year and love Shabu Shabu. The restaurants that serve it are hard to find and often serve this exclusively. This is decent. Not the best but satisfies the craving. Other menu options available for those not game to partake (hot pot tables). Shabu Shabu can be fun for kids, first dates, multi-generational ice breaker/conversation-starter. This place is usually pretty quiet and not so urgent-rushed as some😄so solo diners could even read or work if desired - hands-/eyes-free audio book even better! :-) TIP: Take your remaining broth home as a left over soup base. My favorite place in Pooler! I love the hot pot experience and the sauce bar takes my meal to the next level. I’m highly pleased every time I go!

I wish I could write a review of the food, but we ended up leaving. We were told to sit wherever we’d like and picked a nice spot for our party of 5. After being seated, filling out our order, and receiving our drinks, our server asked if we would move because they’d made a reservation for a party of 15. This was frustrating as they’d sat another group of 5 after us in the same section, yet we were the ones asked to move. When we pointed this out, they were then going to ask the other party to move. It felt like they were more willing to displace/disrupt their current 10 customers to accommodate a party that had yet to even arrive. I would love to give this place another chance when hopefully their service is better.

I went to have pho for dinner but they don’t have a veggie pho option only beef, chicken and seafood. I ask the server if they couldn’t make me one and she said no so I ask for only shrimp and she said yes they could do that but it was going to be with beef broth in which I ask again if that was the only option she said yes. (I was not happy with it but was hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere else, also raining) so I agree to get a shrimp pho then I proceeded to asked if I could get a side of bok choy and mushrooms I didn’t mind paying extra but she said no because that doesn’t come with the pho and that not how you eat it. So I just got whatever she wanted to give me technically. The pho itself was good I just didn’t agree with not being able to get what you want even by paying extra and fyi I’m not picky I just follow a plant based lifestyle and try to stick to it as much as possible but if you are vegan they don’t have a pho for you just so that you know in advanced. They do have a good variety on the hot pot but I didn’t like that they charge for every item you order you pay a separate price and some are overpriced unlikely the other hot pot places I been at they charge a price for doing hot pot and you get everything you want with it at no additional cost. The experience was ok would I go back probably not since I can’t get what I want and they’re not customizable to your needs.
Vegetarian options: Not many options for vegans.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t have a veggie option for the pho but they do have options for the hot pot.
