Had to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen in my life 3 customers and the guy making drinks was so damn slow, but the girl on mobile orders was amazing. Also they ran out everything

This Starbucks is not very good. All I had ordered was a coffee with a splash of oat milk. I was standing inside for over 15 minutes waiting for A Cup Of Coffee.... While all this other orders are piling up on the counter and door dash orders. Mean while those people aren't there yet. I understand they are busy, but come on. I had to leave and not get my order so I wouldn't be late to work. I'll just go to Dunkin from now on.

Be aware this starbucks operates on weird hours. Closes at 4 on Sunday? In a major busy retail area. Makes zero sense.

We placed a mobile order 10 min ahead of time and waited 15 min in the store. Drive through was moderate, no lines in the store, and 8 employees …..to get a dark roast with half and half. Next time Dunkin. Do better.

Took more than 20 minutes to get an Americano. It’s not first come first served. It’s which drink they want to make at their choice. And once they get to your drink, they spill it, make it with extras you didn’t ask for, and still have no manners to apologize for their mistakes and wasting your time. Worst Starbucks I have ever been too.
They're pretty quick and attentive to their guests. Great coffee, great service!

They took a long time giving me my order and they gave it first to people who had just arrived. I also asked for napkins twice and they told me they didn't have any. When my mom came, they gave her some. Very bad service.
