Ok so normally I go to mosaic end they are the BEST Starbucks and have THE BEST people. Great customer service there . I decided to go to this one today it was unfortunately a mistake . I was not rude and do not understand as to what the workers problem was . I was just paying and trying to get a drink . I had ordered the Starbucks açaí lemonade refresher , yet when I received it , it was cloudy and I kid you not tasted like perfume was put into my drink . I’m not sure as to what kind of level of pettiness you have to reach for no absolute reason bc I hadn’t done anything wrong . As a fellow person whom also works in customer service I understand the overwhelming feeling and that not all people are going to be nice to you no matter how nice you are , but at the end of the day you do your job bc customer service matters . We all have bad days , quite understandable . But I think I will NEVER visit back to this Starbucks for a little while . I’m sorry but this one needs new employment or something . I can’t speak for everyone I must’ve gone in the wrong day I’m sure it’s not always like this . I truly hope the staff continues to do their best .. 😌

Got a small black coffee. Felt like I was not welcome there. Gave me a very "take your coffee and get out of our face" vibe.

A person who works there doesn't wear shoes, just really dirty socks, and at one point today was standing on the patron station in said socks, updating a board above the station.
The service is slow, but maybe due to the changes with corporate.
This location is back to patrons not being allowed to add their own creamer.
The coffee is still good. I'm sure they'll work the kinks out soon.

We waited over 20 minutes for three drinks with no one in the restaurant and only two online orders came in. Rediculous.

Slowest Starbucks I ever been too. Employees are just talking between each other. Worst customer service ever. They gave me a cup with just foam in it and refused to fix it.

To pricey for half of the cup of latte. By the time I noticed I was already on the Hwy :/ come on, people. I purposely didn't want the whip cream, and you still gave me half the coffee?

I ordered 2 lattes as soon as I reached there. After waiting for 10 mins, I asked how many minutes it might take, they said a few minutes. So I waited 10 more minutes to ask them again. Then one lady said 15 mins more to receive my one! I had been waiting for 20 minutes already, and I had to wait 15 more minutes to get 2 lattes!!

I asked for the refund and left the store without getting the drinks, and after wasting almost 30 mins of my valuable time.

Every single time they get my order wrong at this location, I can order the exact same thing the exact same way at the location near costco and they get it perfect every single time.........so damn frustrating

This place is closed every time I’ve tried to come here traveling this area. No clue why they still pay for the real estate if they aren’t interested in making any money.

I was there last night waited 25 min in the drive thru. When I finally received my drink it did not look correct. I get a venti mango dragonfruit lemonade every time I go to Starbucks, so I know what it looks like, when I asked about it looking not right the barista very harshly told me that that was what I ordered and it was correct without even taking a moment to consider that perhaps there might have been a mistake or looking at my drink. After feeling verbally abused I drove away and tasted my drink which had so much mango in it that I had to water down and even then I was to strong to drink. I truly have never been treated so awful at any Starbucks.

Ok, I know with old age, patience wear and you become a little cantankerous about everything. But my experience on Black Friday was ridiculous. I got there a little after 9AM and the store was low end busy (see pictures). Most orders were drive through and mobile. But when I got there to order a TALL “shot in the dark,” their coffee machine was broken and not making any coffee. So the cashier recommended an Americano ☕️. I agreed. However, I couldn’t believe I had to wait almost 30 minutes for espresso in hot water. She also forgot to move me to the drive through line?

Really Pooler Starbucks??? I said something to the tall barista but he got crabby and rude yet laughing and playing like it was a day at the club. Now instead of the junior manager addressing my impatience after 20 mins, she said, “you have several people in front of you; thanks for your patience!” She abruptly walked off. So it’s my fault the machine was broken? So I had to take the brunt of the foot traffic? If the machine was down, what was the back up plan?

I am truly a periodic Starbucks fan because of deep flavors from their dark roast; however, I would not recommend this coffee spot because of the amateur display of service (see Chick-fil-A all day). Ok, it was Black Friday but Starbucks is always busy. Luckily I wasn’t traveling until Saturday so I just dealt with the poor service and lack of condiments available. I hope the incident was isolated. #classic-disappointment

The last four coffees I’ve ordered were not given the cold foam that comes with them. Literally ordered a nondairy salted caramel cold foam cold brew and it came without it. I usually don’t care if my drink isn’t correct but geez if I’m paying $6-8 for a coffee I’d like my coffee to be made right.

The shift leader was more concerned over a extra large cup of ice then didn't give me my order. So I have to drive back to the Store and get It Then.I ask them not to heat up one of the breakfast sandwiches and they went ahead and heated it.Anyway.
When a customer spends money every single day through there they need to be more concerned about that
