I love the drinks at this Starbucks and usually leave happy, but lately the service has been a bit hit or miss. The line was longer than usual this visit, and it seems like almost every time I come, my order gets forgotten and I have to remind someone I’m still waiting on my coffee. Once it’s finally ready, it’s always made well—which is why I still come back—but I wish the process was a little smoother so customers aren’t stuck waiting around.

Came in while on a road trip and I was in line waiting to order and then the woman told us to leave because the water heater broke. My friend was in the bathroom and she rudely was yelling at her to leave because of the situation. Won’t be coming back again.

I’ve come to this Starbucks regularly for the past year and no matter how busy it is (which at times it can be extremely!) the staff is always welcoming with a smile. They know me and many of their customers by name and my order is correct every single time. Some wait times have been longer than others but only due to a full lobby, drive thru, and I’m sure tons of mobile orders so it’s absolutely understandable. The team always gives the impression they are working their hardest and genuinely foster a welcoming environment even under stress. Side note: Ivy is the best! Her friendliness and positive attitude are absolutely unmatched, whether it’s 6am or 5pm

It’s nice to know that in the middle of summer,heat advisory after heat advisory,if I need a sip of water to stay safe and hydrated, I’m not allowed to have it here unless I buy something..
I didn’t ask for a cup. I didn’t ask for ice. I had my own small bottle and simply asked for some water. But apparently that’s too much to ask. I have to make a purchase? That’s not just stingy it’s thoughtless and borderline dangerous.
I get the rule about restrooms being for customers. But denying someone water during a heatwave? That’s not policy it’s negligence. Prioritizing profit over basic human decency says everything I need to know about this place. Hope this store is shut down and turned into a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Absolute worst at making drinks. Spent 10 mins in store waiting for a drink. Spent 20 mins waiting in the drive thru and still no drink. Everytime we come to this location the wait is longer than should be for a beverage. Absolutely awful

Had no food just coffee it was excellent. Service was slow. Waited 15 minutes inside on my drink and no one in drive thru. Other employees just standing around.

Ok so normally I go to mosaic end they are the BEST Starbucks and have THE BEST people. Great customer service there . I decided to go to this one today it was unfortunately a mistake . I was not rude and do not understand as to what the workers problem was . I was just paying and trying to get a drink . I had ordered the Starbucks açaí lemonade refresher , yet when I received it , it was cloudy and I kid you not tasted like perfume was put into my drink . I’m not sure as to what kind of level of pettiness you have to reach for no absolute reason bc I hadn’t done anything wrong . As a fellow person whom also works in customer service I understand the overwhelming feeling and that not all people are going to be nice to you no matter how nice you are , but at the end of the day you do your job bc customer service matters . We all have bad days , quite understandable . But I think I will NEVER visit back to this Starbucks for a little while . I’m sorry but this one needs new employment or something . I can’t speak for everyone I must’ve gone in the wrong day I’m sure it’s not always like this . I truly hope the staff continues to do their best .. 😌

Got a small black coffee. Felt like I was not welcome there. Gave me a very "take your coffee and get out of our face" vibe.

A person who works there doesn't wear shoes, just really dirty socks, and at one point today was standing on the patron station in said socks, updating a board above the station.
The service is slow, but maybe due to the changes with corporate.
This location is back to patrons not being allowed to add their own creamer.
The coffee is still good. I'm sure they'll work the kinks out soon.
