I am not an expert at ordering coffee at Starbucks, but Carolyn was so nice and helpful. She asked me questions to try and figure out what I like, and then made me a drink I loved and can now order at any Starbucks. Thank you for your patience and great service.

Nice employees, however the drive thru has been closed 3 times I have come in the past couple weeks. Inconvenient when I am in a rush, and also after I have already placed a mobile order for drive thru. Disappointing
Great drinks menu and good breakfast food!

Hours vary… if they’re even open.
8/15/2025 is when Savannah Ga. Received a boil water advisory till late 8/17/2025. This Starbucks was open as of 8/17/2025 they chose to openly give people ecoli, I do not understand how management allowed this place be open. Unprofessional and poor management Starbucks

Stood there waiting for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged I was there or they would help me while a young man was making drinks. 4 other people were there talking and I was ignored until I walked out.

I would like to make a comment regarding the restrooms: The restrooms don't have any paper towels, only an air blower to dry your hands after washing them. The air dryer is in an awkward position next to the sink where water from your hands splashes back towards your body and wets your garment.
Many people do not wash their hands after a bathroom visit whether it's a #1 or a #2, just research the statistics. Now, assume you're done with your bathroom business, wash your hands, blow dry them and now you're walking towards the door. You have to open the door with your freshly washed hands, knowing that the majority of bathroom users before you did not wash theirs. You now have contaminated your hands with all the germs from prior bathroom users!!! Washing your own hands was in vain!
I would highly recommend paper towels at ALL Starbucks locations. That enables the conscious user to use a paper towel to dry ones hands AND open the door with a paper towel, thus reducing the probability of transferring germs.

Truly blown away but how terrible this location is the few times I’ve visited. Baristas are not friendly, and the wait times are long even on their slower days.
