Ill be honest here over the years this place just keeps getting worse. I walked in to get a few subs like I normally do every other week. As I walked in the person working told me that they were out of everything. Thats cool I get it. Stuff happens but then sitting in my car looking for a new place to go eat. 2 other people walked in and were served. The last year now at this store the atmosphere just seems to suck the life out of you. Its really sad because I use to work at this subway 7 years ago we would be fired if an employee did the crap there aloud to do these days. It seems the corporation dont care anymore this store GM dont care anymore and the workers dont care. It dont feel greeted walking in anymore. It feels like a burden. After tonight's disappointed disrespect. I will never come to this place again. Corporate cant fix this one.

Wasted 30 min ordering s sub from a distracted worker. Supervisor was making her upset because he was hanging out with some other customer who she apparently did not like. When I went to my car to eat the sub, it looked disgusting covered with mayo. It had so much mayo on it, it looked lole a crime scene. Walked back in and requested a refund. Left never to return again.

This is absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point in ordering online ahead of time if I get there and I’m still waiting until after the people in line. It didn’t used to be like this, I used to order everyday and my sandwich was made and ready when I got here so I could pick it up & go. I don’t get much time on lunch breaks but now I’m spending it waiting on something that should be made already. This subway has gone downhill. Also there should never be just one person working in the store, I know there’s a manager, just doesn’t want to help.
Update: The employee then asks me if I’d like to just wait in the line that had accumulated since I’ve been waiting. Luckily the other customers saw my situation and let me go to the front of the line where she then reluctantly made my sandwich. Don’t think I’ll be back soon.

Ordered online, they refused to make my order because they were “too backed up”, but there was barely anyone there. Said they would cancel it, but still haven’t gotten my refund.

I really should have cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I noticed at the last minute the salad content was weepy and full of spills... I do eat questionable things at home ... However this was a step farther than even that !
Next time, I need to not feel so bad and say nothing ...

Didn't get the guy name but I walked in no one came up front to greet me for about 3 minutes then he came out the back and just looked at me Didn't speak or anything finally he said what will u have a got a salad he started giving me very little vegetables I had to ask for more he didn't cut up the vegetables once he finished he handed me my salad napkins and fork in my hand I had to ask for a bag and dressing never going back not at night

Asked Corey to change his gloves after ringing up our total while our food was in the toaster and he looked at me with a very rude look as he hastily snatched off his gloves. Then he gave us literally two napkins when we had two footlong subs. Corey is also one the slowest workers I have ever seen at a Subway. Just quit. Subs were awful too.

Our sandwich maker (I forget his name… glasses, has freckles) was the nicest. Made our sandwiches exactly how we like them and was efficient and friendly. Best subway experience ever!

Apparently, this is what you get for $15 at Subway these days. Not only is there barely any meat on this “elite” sandwich but Corey refused to go heavy on the veggies. It’s been at least 5 years since I’ve been to a Subway but I’ve never been denied extra veggies. Maybe this is the new norm or maybe it’s just this location. But I’m pretty sure this can’t even be the normal amount. That sandwich is pretty sad. Very disappointing experience. And I don’t appreciate the snarky comments such as me coming in late when he’s trying to do closing duties when it’s 7 PM and the store doesn’t close until 9 PM. Regardless of the bad attitude of the employee, you’re not going to get your money’s worth here. Avoid.
