The food was good. But the restaurant is nasty. Our shoes stuck to the floor, the tables were dirty and the bathrooms had paper towels and over the floor.

let’s start off with the fact that they “close” 30 minutes before 2am. On top of that, they must be so lazy to the point where they only accept mobile orders or doordash orders when it gets later in the night. I pulled into the drive thru at 1:25, which is 35 minutes before they close. They said they were only accepting mobile orders so i pulled around, parked, and tried to place my order through the taco bell app. Well at 1:35 when i tried to place the order, the app would let me because it was too close to the time the restaurant closes. I pulled back into the drive thru to see if there was an alternate way i could order and the man said “we’re closed”. I’m assuming the people in the restaurant know this about the app and use this as an excuse to be able to sit and do nothing. This excuse has been used everytime i come there after working late nights. If you don’t want to work, change your restaurant hours.

I used to enjoy taco bell. The people at my local store were so apathetic and borderline rude. My cantina tacos were completely squashed and broken when I went to visit on NYE day.They had to be eaten with a fork and knife and tasted so badly, I threw them away. I wish I could add a photo here. I now know why I haven't visited in more than a year.

Hello. The girl ar ur driving threw at 6pm Monday Dec 23. Is skimming credit card at your window. I am going to class in Pooler. The only time my card was out of my had in Pooler was at your restaurant, I did not use my card no where else in Pooler. Then later this night they tried to card a 30 charge on my card from a gaming company in savannah. You drive threw is the only place I gave my card. Only person I handed my card to another person in Pooler.
NO BREAKFAST AT THIS LOCATION!!!

I recently succumbed to a late night craving and made an unplanned visit to the Drive Through window at the Pooler Parkway store at 10:50PM.
Having been overseas for an extended period and searching for the 'Luxe Cravings Box' that I had seen advertised on TV earlier, I found myself fumbling with the illuminated menu display flashing different options and made a nuisance of myself to the team member trying to help me.
This nice lady remained positive, professional and PATIENT despite my obvious 'shortcomings'.
She remained polite while guiding me through the options until I found the 'craving of the hour' and successfully completed the order and paid the bill which presented it's own minor challenge!
It goes without saying that the three food items and chips were, to be polite, FANTASTIC, as I had remembered them from many previous visits albeit a looong time ago, but your Super Polite, Considerate and Very Helpful Team Member deserves extra recognition for talking me through the process and quickly delivering my order that turned out to be Delicious while being pleasant and smiling the entire time.
I was lucky on several levels to have made that smart stop that evening and I say Thank You!

I accidentally threw away my receipt or else I would go on tell the bell.com. So I hope this is just as good. The day I had, aweful. And I was NEEDING some tacobell to make everything better. AND BRIXX CAME THROUGH! My food was made FAST, I felt like I waited 2 seconds. IT WAS HOT TOOOOOOO!!!! And I was so cold! My food was delicious made to perfection I cried I was so happy hahaha. I feel like everyone has done this at least once when your tacobell hits different on those wrong days turn right by the bell! Thank you BRIXX working tonight nov3rd at the drive through at 19:15ish! Your sweet attitude and kind heart made my night. My order was packaged perfectly and nothing fell out of my bag and it was stuffed just right where I felt my order was just perfect! Thank you Brixx for going the extra mile with my napkins and sauce! I used them ALL! I’ll only go to this tacobell bc I know Brixx will be there with her precious smile and her hospitality <3 THANK YOU BRIXX AND TACOBELL!

I'm on the temp to describe two different visits here first visit I bought a party pack Supreme and they were amazing my second visit there there was a problem with my credit cards so I parked verified that my cards were good and went inside they were having problems with the computer apparently and they didn't know it at the time long story short they done an excellent job resolving the issue and the food was also very well made and they make me not feel as upset as I might have been but they were really trying to fix the problem. both visits were 10 out of 10. Now I want to stop and get tacos there every time I drive by

Attitude from the staff….slow service…and missing items from our meal. How hard is it to make sure all of the food is in a bag? You’re busy? Congratulations…you work in a successful business. But holy shit…you want more than minimum wage and you can’t even make sure a customer order is in a bag…why is it my responsibility while I am in a drive thru to go through the entire bag…open every wrapper (cause heaven forbid the food is labeled properly) and decipher my order…get your shit together…
