I just went to the drive-through at this location. It seemed like the girl did not know how to do her job. She was very dismissive of me.

I’ve visited this Taco Bell a couple of times after work, and the service has been horrible each time. I come through the drive in and Dominique M (assuming that’s her name…it’s in the receipt), is normally there. She is one of the most rudest persons I’ve ever encountered there, I couldn’t even ask a question with out her being so quick and snappy. She doesn’t greet or barely even acknowledge. And her attitude and actions shows as if she hates her job.

Clean restaurant, nice music, plenty of seating and clean bathrooms. 3 self ordering kiosks makes it easy to order along with counter taking orders. Nice little place to grab a quick lunch or dinner with family or friends. Our family enjoys visiting here.

I went there expecting lunch. I left reborn.

This Taco Bell isn’t just slinging tacos—it’s serving culinary miracles wrapped in paper. The staff? Imagine a team of snack-slinging Avengers. The cashier greeted me with the enthusiasm of someone who just won a lifetime supply of cinnamon twists and still had time to bless every customer with impeccable vibes.

My order was taken so smoothly, I half expected doves to descend from the ceiling. The food came out so fast, I checked my watch to make sure I hadn’t entered a time loop. And it was perfect. The burritos were so precisely assembled..

The kitchen team was in synchronized taco ballet mode—tortillas flying, sauces swirled with elegance, and a deep-fryer that whispered promises of golden delight. If speed, accuracy, and sheer deliciousness were Olympic events, this place would be wearing a nacho-shaped gold medal.

Do yourself a favor and visit. Skip the fancy brunch and head straight to Taco Bell on HW 80. It's fast food, yes, but with the kind of heart, hustle, and nacho-laced charisma that could make Gordon Ramsay weep.

I came here very late, 1:30AM. The customer service was phenomenal, way above and beyond what you usually expect from Taco Bell. Blake M. was so polite and friendly. My food was perfect, and the service was very fast. Blake and his team were exceptionally great. Great job 👏🏻

Decided to try this location this time because the one by Sam’s is not good. The food and service here was way better. The tacos had the right amount of meat in them. The food didn’t look thrown together. Everything was good.

Did not give me my chicken quesadilla and added sour cream to a burrito in which we specifically asked to not have sour cream

I usually go here on my 9am break every weekend and today i went and i waited nobody came to the intercom i drove to the drive thru window and this lady very rudely told me that they weren’t opened and that they weren’t opening until she was done prepping.. her delivery was very rude and unprofessional & i always come to this location and this was the worst experience.

The food was good. But the restaurant is nasty. Our shoes stuck to the floor, the tables were dirty and the bathrooms had paper towels and over the floor.

let’s start off with the fact that they “close” 30 minutes before 2am. On top of that, they must be so lazy to the point where they only accept mobile orders or doordash orders when it gets later in the night. I pulled into the drive thru at 1:25, which is 35 minutes before they close. They said they were only accepting mobile orders so i pulled around, parked, and tried to place my order through the taco bell app. Well at 1:35 when i tried to place the order, the app would let me because it was too close to the time the restaurant closes. I pulled back into the drive thru to see if there was an alternate way i could order and the man said “we’re closed”. I’m assuming the people in the restaurant know this about the app and use this as an excuse to be able to sit and do nothing. This excuse has been used everytime i come there after working late nights. If you don’t want to work, change your restaurant hours.
