Nobody came to the counter to take cash for the order which I place. After 20 minutes they finally came to the counter to take my money. Other people in restaurant were upset because of the same experience.

Chronically understaffed and absolutely not “fast” food. Midday on a Saturday they have four people working in the whole store, and are 15+ minutes delayed in delivering orders. Definitely don’t come in the store - they prioritize the drive through and keep everyone else waiting.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. The initial thrill of ordering at this restaurant quickly diminished when the food arrived, which turned out to be old and stale. The cheesy potatoes were far from fresh, and the chicken tenders seemed to have been reheated in a microwave, lacking any warmth. My boyfriend ended up tossing his chicken taco because it also looked unappetizing. Overall, the food quality was disappointing, especially with no other customers around. The only bright spot was the friendly older lady who served us, but given the poor experience, I won't be coming back.

Never DoorDash from this Taco Bell. They always get the order wrong. I ordered fries and got potatoes instead. Twice! After I reordered, they finally told me they didn’t even have fries, but only after I’d already wasted my money. On top of that, my burritos sometimes taste hard and even burnt. This Taco Bell is terrible, and mistakes like this happen almost every time. Do better.
