The staff was the friendliest I ever ran into. Jennifer B, according to our receipt, was very polite and helpful not only to those at the register but to those using the kiosk. I wish she could come teach our local Taco Bell staff our to be personable and helpful.
I'm sitting in the parking lot eating my taco, which is perfect. It is 11:30 am Sunday October 6th. I went through the drive thru. The woman asked if I could wait a few minutes. She was very polite. After a few minutes she took my order. When I pulled around she thanked me for my patience and said she was the only one there. She was doing everything by herself. She did it with grace. Her manager needs to acknowledge the great job she was doing. I wish I had got her name.
Stopped here now a few times, conviently located next to I-95 just off Pooler Pkwy. Under new managment the place has a rustic feel motive. The inside has good house keeping and the rest rooms where in good clean condition. The food we ordered was good, but i believe more attention to detail while preparing the food on the line as there was one item that was not prepared as ordered; that being said although there was one thing made wrong the food was fresh and neatly prepared...
