My experience didn’t start off so pleasant. We walked in. We had no wait We were seated, by the hostess that went by the name of jordanne. I have my two children with me the youngest being two years old. I asked her will you bring me a highchair and she told me no I can bring you a Booster chair. I told her she will not sit in a booster chair, She replied well we can’t have a highchair in this section. I said how about you take me to a section that Will allow a highchair. So she put me in my children in a new seat and brought a highchair out. I did tell her thank you no reply or anything.
Our waitress goes by Wanesia, Which she was very sweet, had a pleasant smile and really engaged in conversation. I’m happy our waitress was pleasant as she was because this would have made our dinner experience not so good.

If you see you've screwed up the order. Why even serve it and hope that your customer doesn't complain. I hate wasting food and today was the worst. I've been here a couple time within the last two weeks because we don't have this restaurant where I am from and I like the food, when it comes out the way its supposed to. Then past few visits have been below average. You sit down, and you have to ask for every little thing. Do you expect people to eat their food with their hands? Inmean come on, this is standard stuff. The bread wasn't fully cooked today and my steak, was burnt. You should ask your, would I eat this? Or would be happy? If the answer is no, then perhaps don't bother serving it. Come on. Don't expect a tip if you guys can't even do the simple things. This worst Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to.

Great food, great service except the front desk. One of their Receptionist is very rude to us and it happened 2x where i finally told one of the managers how she talks to customers after you tell here that we were texted to gather our party. Her response, "Go there". No Hi, Hello, or okey, got you, please go there and wait for someone to take you to your table. I brushed it off maybe she'll approach us better the next time. We're regulars and have our every other week dinner at Texas Rdhouse. Servers are great and food is great.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. From the fresh, warm rolls with cinnamon butter to the juicy steaks, every bite was top-notch.
The service was just as impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making for a great dining experience overall.

It was great from start to finish. There was unlimited bread refills, and the bread was so delicious that I ate a lot of it, so I took out the steak and ate it at home for dinner. It's so delicious

Great food, great service, and a lively dining room. I had the "Road Kill" chopped steak and it was fantastic. Others had steak and hamburgers. Everyone said their food was delicious. The prices are very reasonable

This is the first time we have had a bad meal at any Texas Roadhouse. I should clarify it was not the whole meal just the steaks. Everything else was great as always. I had the ribeye and my wife had the steak and rib combo. Don't know if y'all changed supplier or what but neither steak was edible they were dry, tough, riddled with gristle and had no taste.
