My complete online pickup experience was awful!! My whole order was ICE COLD!! The wings, ribs and chicken tenders were as if they came out the cooler to container. Tried calling the restaurant to no avail.

The food was good, but the service was very disappointing. The restaurant was not busy, yet our server (wearing a big red bow) never checked on us after the food was dropped off. We had to ask for basics like bread, were not offered refills, and were never asked if we needed anything or if the food was okay.
We also had a large amount of food left and were not offered a to-go box. Meanwhile, nearby tables were being actively served. It felt like we were completely overlooked.
This location usually does better, so I hope this feedback helps improve service consistency.

We did wait for more than 2 hours and we didn’t get a table, there was a lot of empty tables and at the end we had to leave the place. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 horrible service.

What happened to the rolls. They have definitely changed the recipe. They are all right now but not delicious like they were in the past.

We had a party of 13. The food came out cold and we never received a lot of our things. On top of that the chicken my family member ordered it was dry. I’m not the type of person that complains about things like this. Our first time experience it was not good at all. I have a had better experience at other Texas road and that’s where I should’ve went.
