This was my second visit in almost a year, the first visit being just as uncomfortable. The food is passable here, the cactus blossom and grilled salmon are recommended here. The service here is efficient and engaging but the place itself is a sensory nightmare. Because of its location at the mall, this place is always packed. This is not a relaxing place to dine. In fact, it's exhausting. It's like eating in a very hot and noisy sardine can that was thrown into the middle of a cattle corral..respectively. It wouldn't be so bad if they installed some fans to circulate the air better and perhaps toned it down a bit on a few of the lights.

We arrived as they opened. We had Alex and could not have asked for any better service. Salads were fresh and crisp and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Rolls have changed to a longer style which being raised on Grandma's Mt. Airey NC light rolls with home made cow's butter, I really appreciate the memories these stir.
Pathetic Service ,Nasty Staff , My Mother is 73 Years old and was having a conversation with a manager and the hostess came over and told the manager in front of us about my mother she said I already spoke to them there is no need to explain anything else. That was an employee who interrupted the manager while she was talking with us. Used to be good.

Ok! Traveling from Florida on Easter Sunday w/the family. So we decided to stop in, we waited approximately a hour to be sitted understandable It's Easter! First off the waiter wasn't attentive to our needs and we constant had to ask for items such as Napkins, cinnamon butter, rolls, and tea for a table of 5 adults, one toodler, and one child. After ordering and altering and subbing our food option the waiter returned back and gave me strawberry tea. I had order a Melbourne steak well done with sautéed onions and drank regular ice tea w/ lemon. She then proceeded to tell me that I order strawberry tea and mixed my tea. Then my food came out one piece @ a time the steak was the last item and it was running red with blood, so I sent it back. Waited approximately30 mins and the steak came out still running red, so I sent it back again! Waited another 25 minutes and then the steak came out jet black look like a piece of a tire @ that point I rejected the steak. I requested a Manger who never showed up. Very disappointed.

Haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in at least 10+ years. Was a little hesitant because a few weeks ago we visited a competitor nearby and our steaks were horrible!So we took a chance, plus we were starving and said lets try them. The worse would be we wouldn’t return.Well everyone and everything was amazing!!First Megan, the mgr seating us was great!! We shared how long it had been since coming in and she said she’d send over some saples.Cody, another mgr brought us the sample of sides to try, which were delicious!! Oh and Cody was also awesome!!Our server was Arianna, who was in training but definitely is a pro!! She was very friendly, attentive to us and answered all our questions., she was just fabulous!!She told us we wouldn’t be disappointed and we were not!!Everything about our meal was perfect!! Steaks were cooked medium as requested and they were delicious!!So glad we gave this location a chance and we will be back!!The entire experience was awesome!! This management team is doing something right, they have set the tone and everything trickles down from them.The staff was reflective of the welcoming environment and customer focused service we had this visit. Thank you everyone!!
