I went to try and t lunch from Honey Baked Ham in Pooler today. Upon walking in the lady at the register was very nice but the lady cleaning the metal rack was very rude. She yelled "we are not making sandwiches right now". It's one thing to let customers know what food options you are offering at that time, but deliberately yelling is another thing. I will not be returning to this location.

I just had a great experience in Pooler. It is 5 days before Christmas and they had everything I needed, I was in and out in under 3 minutes, and the staff was extremely pleasant!

This lady who works here has zero customer service, she is rude, she looks like a robot, I don't know how this site can have such good ratings.

picked up lunch today for the office and ms Zondra was amazing. she greeted me and was so nice and welcoming. the food was amazing as always. will definitely be back soon. thanks for making our lunch amazing!

Zondra is the good morning for Honeybaked in Pooler and she is beyond amazing! Her customer service is top notch and the sandwiches were as good as it gets! Clean facilities and friendly service is what I look forward to whenever I’m in Pooler and I know I can ALWAYS count on Zondra and her staff to make this happen!
