My husband and I went to tropical smoothie place and order a sunshine smoothie as I sat in the car waiting for him to bring me my smoothie. I taste it. It had a unfamiliar taste. It was different so he took it back inside, and they made another one. He brought it back outside to me. It still had a unfamiliar taste so I told my husband I’ll just call and let them know. I call yesterday around 3:30. Left a message for the GM by the name of April, she never returned my call. So I said OK well I’ll call Monday. Today is Monday. I call at 11 o’clock. Spoke with Ray Kron, and he told me that the GM is April and she might return my call I say might she’s busy now. I said OK no problem. I’ll bring the smoothie back to you for a full refund. If you are a Paying customer don’t settle for anything less than what you paid for if it’s not right you contact these people and let them know. Do not let them keep your money or do not allow the GM April to push you off as you are nothing when she does not realize that you are a paying customer that’s paying her salary. If it wasn’t for the customer April you will not have a job. Ty you for no help I ask everyone do not patronize this tropical smoothie at Tanger outlet…

Very disappointed, from someone who LOVES tropical smoothie. 6 staff no customers in the store, blatantly ignored for a good 7 minutes not even a hi. Only one woman was actually making orders. Staff was touching food with dirty hands and having a ball talking and cussing amongst themselves. Of course all the online orders were finished before we got our two drinks. Definitely not worth the $17 very disappointing

Extremely disappointing experience. We walked in shortly after lunch with only two other guests in the cafe. There were at least four employees behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged us. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes without a single greeting, eye contact, or offer to take our order. The staff looked disengaged and unfriendly, and it felt like they had no interest in being there.
After waiting with no response, we left without ordering anything. If the employees don’t want to work, they shouldn't be on the floor. This kind of service is unacceptable. Corporate seriously needs to step in and provide proper training. We won’t be coming back.

I’ve given this location a few tries now, but each time I walk in, the staff just doesn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. I tried the drive-thru yesterday, hoping for a smoother experience, but it was frustrating. I simply wanted to add one more item to my order and was told I had to go inside to do that. I’ve never had this issue at other drive-thrus. The whole point of using the drive-thru was to avoid going in, and instead, I had to park and walk inside just to add one item. It was a real inconvenience and left me pretty disappointed.

I have had issues ordering delivery from this location before but just chalked it up to simple mistakes no big deal. However tonight’s order I can’t overlook. I ordered a smoothie, no pineapple substitute mango. Also an açaí bowl, no chia seeds, goji berries or pineapple. This is all reflected on my receipt. The açaí bowl has all three ingredients I specifically asked not to have and the smoothie clearly has pineapple, I could tell from one sip. I AM ALLERGIC TO PINEAPPLE. I cannot enjoy anything I ordered, the fact that it’s all written on the receipt but blatantly disregarded is beyond frustrating.

Me and the office staff order from here everyday for smoothies and smoothie bowls and never had a problem. But today was not good at all due to the black bananas in the smoothie bowl. Please check for quality and reassure consistency while considering without us there will not be a place of business!

It's located separate from the mall. If you head towards the planet fitness, it's in the little buildings across the parking lot.
I wasted a bunch of time going into the mall and looking at the map, trying to find it.
It's right next door to the tin drum and america's best glasses.

I would’ve gave it zero stars but the smoothie was good. First of all they had us waiting in line for like 25 minutes because some lady wants to order 6 smoothies. The proper way would’ve been to tell her pull forward so the other people could’ve got their smaller orders. The guy at the window hands the lady my drink and she has it in her car. After a second she hands it back to him. I pulled forward and the guy was going to hand me my drink that had already been in another persons car. I asked him to remake it and he proceeded to suck his teeth and catch an attitude like I was asking to borrow his car. All I asked was to have my drink remade because he gave it to somebody else first and was going to give it to me

Love the detox island green but it looks s always so so slow. It takes at least 20 minutes to get a drink.
My family and I were greeted upon entering the establishment. We ordered smoothies and the Baja chicken wrap. We could tell that the staff was busy fulfilling many orders from present customers, the drive thru, as well as mobile orders (i noticed people come in and receive their order within the minute from the designated pickup area). The staff was friendly, had a smile on their faces, and did great juggling from one order to the other. They had our order was out in no time! I forgot to scan my mobile app and the cashier informed me I could just scan the receipt so I wouldn’t be missing out on any rewards points. Having knowledgeable staff is a great plus in my book.
We love Tropical Smoothie but the last two times we've been here are totally unsatisfactory. We ask for light ice and got HALF A CUP. With pictures to proof this. Unacceptable for 16 00 for two drinks made sloppy and half a cup. I think i had enough of them to never want to go again.
