Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went in the store to place a Togo order at 8:45 and was told by the manager Gabby they do not serve food because they closed at 9pm. What is the point in staying open until 9pm if you are not going to serve items on your menu. There are plenty of restaurants around that were glad to serve me.

I’ve come here multiple times before I’m writing this review, horrible service, long wait times, I was even in the drive thru and the lady left her headphone on and was yelling at another worker not knowing I could hear all of it on the speaker, was waiting for 20 minutes before receiving one smoothie. They’re rude. Hate this place.

i asked where the bathroom is and one of the young ladies laughed in my face and ignored me she’s a black lady w dreads i don’t know her name and she gave me a look , yall really need better customer service

Second time visiting. Both smoothie visits had no flavor to them. When I went inside to ask for a remake on the second visit, the girl was very irritated in having to remake it. No recipe was followed, just a little of this and that with a bunch of ice. Honestly the remake was even worse than the first one.

i love tropical smoothie. ive been all over the states an they’re always good. sometimes the service is mid, but overall good.

I ordered a Sunshine smoothie, with an unfamiliar taste so we returned it and asked to make another one. It came back out the same way different something I’ve never tasted before so I said OK. I’ll just call and let them know I left a message for April, who is supposed to be the GM at 3:30 Sunday, a guy answered the phone and told me that she was busy and she could not talk and to leave a message for her. I did.she never returned my call the next day which was Monday the 22nd at 11 o’clock. I called back spoke with Ray Cron. He stated she’s busy and she MIGHT call back. I said to him what do you mean MIGHT no problem. I told him I would bring the smoothie back for a full Refund unfortunately I was unable due to medical conditions. The GM April, did not reached out to me at all.
April you will not have a job if it wasn’t for the customers We are paying your salary April, you’re very unprofessional and you’re in the wrong business cause you’re not a peoples person very disrespectful. I will not patronize tropical smoothie again.👎👎👎

My husband and I went to tropical smoothie place and order a sunshine smoothie as I sat in the car waiting for him to bring me my smoothie. I taste it. It had a unfamiliar taste. It was different so he took it back inside, and they made another one. He brought it back outside to me. It still had a unfamiliar taste so I told my husband I’ll just call and let them know. I call yesterday around 3:30. Left a message for the GM by the name of April, she never returned my call. So I said OK well I’ll call Monday. Today is Monday. I call at 11 o’clock. Spoke with Ray Kron, and he told me that the GM is April and she might return my call I say might she’s busy now. I said OK no problem. I’ll bring the smoothie back to you for a full refund. If you are a Paying customer don’t settle for anything less than what you paid for if it’s not right you contact these people and let them know. Do not let them keep your money or do not allow the GM April to push you off as you are nothing when she does not realize that you are a paying customer that’s paying her salary. If it wasn’t for the customer April you will not have a job. Ty you for no help I ask everyone do not patronize this tropical smoothie at Tanger outlet…

Usually fast and super great! But legit no cars in drive through and told 30 min wait with 2 customers in lobby… yeah okaii

I absolutely loved my experience at this tropical smoothie. They greeted me at the door with a smile and walked me through the new smoothie options. Gabby definitely deserves a raise for her awesome customer service. She gave me a heads up on the taste palette of the tropical dragon passion smoothie so that I knew what I was getting. If you ever go to this store, ask for Gabby and tell them that Retha sent you!

Usually on top of their game (when manager is in house) but lord when she’s not here the smoothies are subpar as well as service.

I know to the untrained eye cracked black pepper and chia seeds do look similar.

But as a trained chef that knows flavors, I do know the difference in my flavors and tastes.
