I ordered online and I’ve been walking around the outlet looking for this location and never found it . They need to fix the gps location !

I was not greeted by any of the 3 employees I noticed when I walked in the door. My smoothie was not with my flatbread at the pickup cube. When I was able to get an employee, I was simply told it wasn't ready without an apology for the inconvenience. When I did receive my smoothie, I was not thanked for my patience or apologized to for the wait. Upon eating my flatbread, I discovered the paper on the cheese had not been properly removed and instead had to remove from my mouth! Needless to say not knowing what other foreign unwanted objects were present, I threw the rest away immediately.

I got a jetty junior smoothie and I was unpleasantly surprised by a strong taste of bubblegum toothpaste or pepto bismol. I wouldn’t eat this if it was free let alone 5 WHOLE

This was my third visit because the first two times, the food and smoothies were superb IMO! Customer greeting and service was pleasant. The Island Punch Smoothie was DELICIOUS and well worth $7. The food rating this time was a 3 and not 5 bc the flatbread sandwich was very poorly made. Opening it up looked like the toppings were sparsely thrown on the sandwich .

We love to eat at our local tropical smoothie Cafe in SC so to have such a different restaurant experience was surprising. The restaurant currently smells like sewage when you walk in. My son ordered a salad which came out with gooey, rotten cilantro on it. I sent the salad back and requested a refund. Initially I was told they were not authorized for an in restaurant refund. Eventually she figured out how to cancel the order which I appreciated. I also witnessed one of the employees on her phone while making a smoothie and which isn't super sanitary. Overall disappointing experience.

Aubrey and Alina had great customer service and were fun to talk to. Never a dull moment in tropical smoothie. Smoothies were a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend!

Horrible place!!! At first all five or six employees ignored me when I went to the counter to ask for an order, one of them was the most artistic black guy, joking around with the other employees... I still managed to ask for my order, it wasn't ready. Then it turns out the order was on the counter and ready to go! And after all that, the black guy holding the order says, "I want you to confirm this for me." It's like he is the owner of the place there! He wouldn't even let me look at the order receipt to see what was included in the order to confirm it!!!! I asked him to see the order, but he wouldn't even listen to me, repeating "I need you to confirm the order". And after he began to raise his voice I began to raise mine, I explained to him that I will not confirm anything until I see the order itself and what is listed on the receipt. What a spoiled child! And then he started calling 911 to get me out of the restaurant - “get out, go out!” He yelled. it's just some kindergarten! It's a horrible place! No respect for the customers!

Customer service skills must come separate with purchases here. They have kids working here who have no type of customer service skills. I walked into the store waited as they were fixing orders once they were done they started to talk amongst one another rather than greet a paying customer. The girl then told me oh you didn’t tell us what you needed so we assumed you were just here to charge your phone or something. Not only was I disgusted by the lack of customer service skills the entire time while I was there they were playing with their hair with gloves on that were not changed. Please avoid this location at all cost

Ordered online. They did not have the ingredients for of the smoothies. They refused to provide a refund.

Came once before and everything was fine. This trip we waited 36 minutes to get 2 pesto flatbreads. Didn't even see anyone working the sandwich station for a long time. People in the drivethru waiting near as long were honking. The ladies running smoothies, drivethru, and in the back looked in the other hand seemed to be working non-stop.

-This Location Is My Absolute Favorite. I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE; All the staff are so nice & sooooo helpful…even if the restaurant is packed they still give the same energy. My usual order is the Açaí smoothie bowl, no bananas sub Mango, I also order the SunRise SunSet or Mango MaGic. I LOVE THIS location.
