First time here and was hoping for a really good burger but was disappointed. It had absolutely zero flavor except for the ketchup and mustard. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with pepper jack cheese, no toppings except for ketchup and mustard. There was no taste to the burger and the texture of the meat was a little weird like not real beef. The bacon looked normal and crisp but again, no flavor. I expected a little kick from the pepper jack cheese but that didn't happen either. The tater tots just tasted like plain tots, not even salt on them. Like I said, high hopes for this place but was let down, seems to be the norm these days. I will say this, the young man that took my order was pleasant and courteous and did his job perfectly. Maybe invest in some seasonings and better hamburger because if your going to have a burger place it should be a home run everytime.

Milkshake tasted like burnt metal like they have the cup being scraped by the machine. Don't get the milkshakes. No one would take more than one sip of the one we got to share. Overall the one by Costco is much better
