Visit: July 26. We were traveling home and it was getting late, so we stopped at this location as we passed through Pooler. The staff was super friendly, the service was efficient, and the food was well-prepared. Our family thought they deserved a shout-out!!

Trinity was an amazing employee. She advised they were out of Cobb salad then offered to have one fresh made. It was perfect and her customer service skills were amazing. Nice to see someone working in a fast food restaurant that knew the importance of great customer service.

Ya know, I dont expect much from fast-food joints anymore but this place was so terrible I had to say something now that my diarrhea has cleared up 30 hours later. Horrible, old, lukewarm crap shoved in a used bag and then charged a premium price for. Avoid this location at all costs.
Horrible late at in the evening. I ordered nuggets for my child and they gave us spicy nuggets. My child screamed and cried until we got home and i found they gave her spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets. The employees were not cheerful or happy and all looked like they wanted to be somewhere else.
