Stopped here for lunch. Easy ordering on the app. Ample parking. Sandwiches and drinks were ready. The fries were brought over by employee when they were ready. Bathroom was clean and working.
The manager walked around the dining area asking people how is everything. What a pleasant surprise.

Big fat zero! I just sat at the drive through speaker for over 15 minutes without my order being taken. I was told to hold for one moment but no one ever came back. I only have 30 minutes for lunch so I left! How irritating Wendy’s!!!
Wendy's just needs to do better in the Carolinas

Went to get a Frosty at 11:00pm and was told I couldn't because they were closing. The hrs of operation clearly state that they're open til 12am.

My sister and I just left at around 8:45pm I received the wrong burger in my Jbc biggie bag, told them at drive through they proceeded to hand me another burger I seen the tomato and assumed it was right, got home it was still the wrong burger not only that it also had an obnoxious amount of mayonnaise mustard and ketchup so much so that the top bun was soaked soft , I cut the top bun in half after scraping of the access condiments off along with the lettuce, made me some bacon in a desperate attempt to salvage what I had paid for, for some reason I decided to smell the condiments I had scraped off they smelled like saliva I scraped the cheese off the patty and gave it to my dog, I’m literally not eating fast food ever again after this experience, these company’s don’t care enough to find ways to raise there wages for there employees to put forth the slightest bit of care when serving the hard working Americans who work the essential jobs keeping the country a float, there to busy trying to keep up with inflation and staying ahead of capitalism instead, so the workers aren’t the only ones to blame it starts at the head, I’ll return in the morning but only to get my refund for the meal my sister decided not to eat after witnessing my experience, I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here there’s a high risk you’ll just be waisting your hard earned money.

I work in the area and love Wendy's breakfast, however the drive thru is hit or miss. Sometimes they take your order, sometimes they dont even acknowledge your presence.
Visit: July 26. We were traveling home and it was getting late, so we stopped at this location as we passed through Pooler. The staff was super friendly, the service was efficient, and the food was well-prepared. Our family thought they deserved a shout-out!!

Above average fast food restaurant considering it is mostly frequented by I-95 travelers. Excellent fries.

The service was horrible and the fries and drinks were all a size smaller than I ordered. Will NOT go back.
