Well run compared to most other Wendy's I've been to recently. Manager saw i was waiting in line at kiosk, and invited me to order at the counter. Food was right and hot. Any more these days it seems like folks just don't care. Here just before 7pm on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised. Need to clean up the tables a bit more in the dining room, but otherwise nice. Would go here again.

One of the guys dealing with the food had his hands in his pants most of the time! His underwear showing due to his pants being half way down his butt. Most horrible thing I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant!!!

The sandwich makers could really turn this place into a functional location. There's so much good. Clean restaurant and nice staff. The Coke even still tastes like Coke. However, something always has to be off with the sandwiches. Always.

ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag with no cheese - mistake number one , fries hard as hell. mistake two, burger had cheese on it when the ticket clearly said no cheese. mistake number three, after driving around to get it fixed - upon opening the sandwich when I got home there was a hair on my freaking burger. won’t be coming back to this location.

Burger on bread was hard and I had 3 I'm pretty sure they was suppose to be thrown away and I suppose to have bacon on my sandwich like I said suppose to have this Wendy's is the worse never going back people check your food it might be COLD ,OLD,OR HARD. I blame the manager not checking the food
We just ate at the Pooler location in Savannah. It was such a pleasant surprise to have excellent food. Very friendly staff and a clean pleasant atmosphere! The Wendy’s where we live is not nearly those things. The employees at the one near where we live act like customers are an inconvenience! My husband commented that this was probably the best Wendy’s we’ve been to!

Terrible experience at this Wendy’s location. They got my entire order wrong and made no effort to correct it. Instead of fixing the issue, they just handed me the receipt and told me what I was charged for without addressing the mistake. The manager was aware of the situation but seemed to just go along with whatever his employees told him, rather than taking responsibility or resolving the problem. Very disappointing service.
