The inside was not clean. Drink machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Pop up safety cones left on the tables.

I’m not sure if the man in the drive thru was being lazy and didn’t want to grab us ketchup or if they didn’t actually have any. Either way, no ketchup at all fast food restaurant is crazy!

The staff's service and attitude were really bad

When I couldn't hear the question or answer the question, I sighed, crossed my arms, and looked at him as if I was pitiful. I was so embarrassed.

First, the wait time in line from placing the order to receiving food was about 15 minutes. Second, once at the window the very unpleasant unprofessional woman with the shower bonnet on, never spoke, never said hello, kiss my ass or nothing being she was to busy having fun with the other employee that was wearing pajama pants. Third, the manager was very disheveled and very sloppy in appearance as well. Fourth, when I asked the unprofessional so called customer service person for a receipt I got an eye roll with a smack of the lips and rudely was handed my receipt. Fifth, I then asked to speak to the manager and again was given the eye roll as she yelled to the manager "He want you". Sixth, the manager walked over and was almost as unprofessional as the first person. I said to her that this experience was absolutely ridiculous with the wait time and how unprofessional the lady was at the window that said absolutely Nothing, as I spend my money at this store that goes towards their paycheck! Manager just stood there and mumbled something and then just stared at me. She gave no response to any kind of resolution about anything. Way to go Wendy's to keep things professional! I will not be going there anymore!

Customer service was non-existent. Employees were too busy talking to friends/family. Food was passable. Bathroom was filthy. No paper towels. Employee said they couldn't take cash and we could only order at kiosk. Dirty tables, floor, and counter. Don't waste your money.

This location is absolutely the worst! I keep trying it thinking it will get better, but it does not. Do a mobile order and they can't find it....... then they find it...... they tell you to pull up and after 45 minutes you still don't have food, because it's sitting on the counter..... then you have to stand in line, because they won't acknowledge you if you aren't in the line. Just so they can turn around directly behind them and grab it, because it was never placed into the Mobile location or brought to you as they promise

I've never seen a place like this trash. I placed an order but didn't even wait 50 minutes, so I asked the staff at the counter and they said, "I don't know. Why are you asking me that?" The staff I paid for was also off work, so I ended up losing 13 dollars without receiving anything because I couldn't speak English. Is this Asian hate?

I went though and ordered 2 biggie bags and they he first drink they handed me easnt even all the way full. after that we go to eat them and are nuggets were hard and stale i so threw them out without thinking about going back through. i decide to go back through and they side they could only replace the nuggets we had. that was fine i understand, but saying with the window open “ why would he throw them out like what” is just unprofessional. the manager in the purple shirt was very rude. they asked if we wanted spicy or regular nuggets and i replied with spicy. to which he said sorry i only have regular. the lights inside were also flickering the 2nd time we went through.
