We got off the interstate specifically to come to this establishment as it is my favorite spot that’s not longer offered where I live. We have ordered here before when we are traveling through. We got back on the road only for me to find that my sandwich wasn’t correct. When I came in to address the issue, the young lady was not very accommodating at all. She looked at me as if she saw no problem even though I was explaining to her the problem. After repeating myself she still looked at me like there was no problem. I then asked her should I take my sandwich and go, there was no response. I picked up my sandwich and left. These sandwiches aren’t cheap and it was very disappointing that no customer care was acknowledged.

Had one in Searcy, AR years back. Was glad to see one here in Pooler, GA. Personally, this place offers a wider variety of sandwiches to choose from. I'd definitely choose it over Subway, Firehouse and Jimmy John's any day.

Sandwiches are spot on but the past few times I’ve ordered they haven’t had fries prefer to have those vs chips with my sandwich. Hopefully this is corrected soon.

The concept is great! The development of the sandwich not so great IMO. Definitely, not a Subway, Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. First time visiting, ordered the wicked. The bread was delicious. The protein on this sandwich is ham, bacon and pepperoni. I ordered the regular. They put 1 piece of bacon, 1 extremely, finely cut, piece of ham and what looked like 3 pieces of pepperoni.

First time to a Which Wich for us. We had to get assistance on how to order food here. We found out you have to grab one of their sandwich paper bags and fill it out and hand to the person at the register. Food was ok. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Which Wich is one of the friendliest and most customizable sandwich shops I’ve ever visited. The staff is always patient and welcoming, making the experience smooth from start to finish. I love how the menu is displayed so clearly, letting you build your own sandwich by marking exactly what you want. The options truly feel endless, and I personally prefer the BYO Wich over the pre-designed favorites since it gives me full control over what goes into my sub. The black bean patty is solid, but I really appreciate that I can also go without a patty and just enjoy all the fresh, flavorful veggies. The bread itself is soft and delicious, rounding out a great sandwich every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and satisfying sub experience!

Better tasting version of subway. Fries are good, the wich sauce is delicious, staff was friendly and helpful (was my first time here), I consumed the land and sea. Was awesome, not overly salty. Would highly recommend!

I'm vegetarian so I usually get the black bean sandwich lightly toasted. The patty was so thin it disappeared into the sandwich. I asked for my bread to be lightly toasted, and it was hard. Not sure if the changed the amount of protein but I get the same one all the time and never experienced this. I will not be returning to this location.
