My order was made incorrectly and the restaurant refused to remake my order. I went to the restaurant 3 separate times because they said my order was correct and it was WRONG. When the desk attendant took my food out and realized my order was INCORRECT, they refused to remake it because of the time the order was originally placed. All they did was add 5 additional wings with the rest of my food being COLD. When you make an order wrong, you fix it properly. Adding extra wings does not resolve the issue correctly. Sad to have such a poor experience when my order is made incorrectly. The only good thing was that the young lady upfront was patient and respectful about it. I was respectful and calm in return. Yes ma’am, no ma’am.. etc. Wild Wing Café will probably NOT GET MY BUSINESS ANYMORE.

Stopped in for lunch loved the wings and all the flavors everything was hot they even had a special on wings - service was great - saw a sign on some nights they have live music i will have to check that out next time

The guy that was waiting on us was nice. We at half of the burger and it was very greasy. Whatever that burger was cooked in was too much grease. It was not busy there at all. Will not purchase that burger again

Savannah had the boil water advisory so we couldn’t order sweet tea or have ice in our drinks which we totally understand. My husband ordered bone in wings and potato wedges but they gave him tater tots instead. I ordered boneless with fries and out of our party of five I was the last to be served and two members of our party was finished and the third almost done with his. When I finally got my food it was bone in wings ( which is not what I asked for) so had to wait again for my boneless wings and when I got them my fries were cold. When we got our check they charged my husband for both the wedges and tots and I was charged for bone in wings. The waitress was trying her best and actually looked as mad as us with how things were going. We will definitely not come back to this Pooler location.

Came here for lunch forgot about the last time I came had to wait almost 30 minutes and I came back again today and yet I’m still waiting again I guess I should have called in so my food can be ready then sit inside
The wings got me going crazy 🤣 it was so good i thought it was air fry 😀 the customer service was excellent

Service was great. But my goodness was it HOT and felt like stale air! No airflow at all and when we asked the server she stated “the ac is always broken every summer” that’s horrible! I told her she was better than me! It made for a horrible experience where I couldn’t even enjoy the food (which was delicious) but miserable all at the same time. Maybe put some fans for air flow!

Wow, I had the all-you-can-eat wings here, and they were the best! The food was ready right away, so no waiting. Rebecca was awesome. Seriously, great wings, great service. Will come again!

I was excited when I saw this location still open so we had to stop in since its been awhile. To our surprise it was extremely hot inside the dining area but we toughed it out just for the spinach dip! Lol It was just as good as I remember as well as the ultimate bacon Cheeseburger. The only thing was it was so hot inside we couldn't finish our food or our drinks 😩
