I visited Water Café yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered six tenders—half lemon pepper and half buffalo—but received the wrong order. Since the wait time was already quite long, I decided to keep the meal rather than request a correction. Additionally, I asked the server if the TV channel could be changed, and while she agreed, the request was never fulfilled during my visit. Over the course of an hour, I only received one drink refill and had very limited interaction with the server. Overall, the environment felt negative, and the level of customer service did not meet expectations. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it can help improve future experiences for guests. The food is always consistent and delicious, but the real reason to come is to see Olivia! She is the absolute BEST server!! Sweet, funny and very attentive. She is the reason that I come to this restaurant. You can get wings anywhere but you just can’t beat amazing customer service ☺️

If I could leave zero I would. Sat waiting for food for almost 40 minutes. We were lied to that our ticket was next and then we were told our ticket was lost. We decided to leave but not before being told we have to still pay for the one $3 tea we had. What a joke.
Ordered through DoorDash on 12/5/25 for dinner and the order was cancelled by Wild Wings. Same situation today 12/10/25 placed the order for lunch and it gets cancelled by Wild Wings. Tried calling twice to get an explanation and it goes straight to voicemail. If you aren’t going to fulfill DoorDash orders perhaps you need to stop the availability to order there on the app.
