Wow!! Understand hiring is hard BUT when it takes 47 mins for a quesadilla there is a huge problem!! Had only 30 min lunch break an took 47 mins to get food!!! Was in drive thru already, refund would've taken longer. This is ridiculous!!! How long do yall have a lunch break for? What would happen if you came back to work late from lunch? Fired? Yea, think about shutting down till you find workers or something. Be smart if possible.

Raymond H was very helpful. Ge was considerate of waiting customers as he worked with us. Had a smile and very pleasant. I only bought a gift card, so can not report on food.

This is my favorite Zaxby’s to go to whenever I want it. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the service is always quick! The food of course is good every time! Love this Zaxby’s!

Many years ago my first job was at a Zaxby's, and I have been a patron of various locations ever since. I can say unequivocally that this is one of the cleanest, friendliest, and all around finest, not just Zaxby's, but quick service establishments I have ever been to! It is such a a joy to come here!
And I couldn't recommend it enough!

New manager better quality chicken

Large cluster of people crowding at counter where one person is taking orders is chaotic. There should be railings set up to designate the line, cuz you can't tell. Food was fine, but save yourself the frustration and go through the drive-thru. Also, the drink station is right there in the crowded area adding to the issue. Again, food was fine... French fries were tasty... grilled chicken was decent. Bathroom was clean.
