Really, the food quality has gone down over the last 2yrs . Food is over cooked ,over salted and they act as if ordering extra sauce is personal!!! Like, damn I'm paying for it but they still act Like it's the last sauce with no more being delivered in the future!

The drive thru lane attendants were friendly & polite especially Addison. Fingers, & slaw were very good 👍. The fries they were cold.

Drive through after a 12 hour shift: My wife ordered zax snak with zax sauce. No sauce was in the bag. I ordered a salad. The lettuce was withered some of it brown and just gross. These employees dont care.

Found a piece of plastic, looks like a small lid in the bottom of my cole slaw. If they don't have a problem with doing that what else could be in the bottom of their containers when they're serving your food.

Every single time I try this location in Pooler it’s a fail. Food/fries/fingers taste old and the order is always wrong and not what I ordered.

We stopped here for a to go order and the girl who took our order was helpful and patient. They were backed up because of the busy drive thru, so our order took a little longer to come up. They forgot our Zax Sauce but got us the four requested when I let them know. Food was pretty good!
