There’s a girl named Aaliyah who’s very rude, I don’t even need to explain no more, just fire her, like terminated from every job in America. She told me “we don’t sell wings for your kind”, then told me to pull up to the window to eat it in my face. Then she also threw a drake size tender at me and started singing God’s Plan. I came inside the store to make sure her manager can see this and he’s in the office on rainbow six siege, so I guess the whole store retarted, but y’all boys add me so I can play.

If you don’t know how doordash works, it tells the driver where to go, it has a built in gps app. Directed me here, and then its location changed. It’s happened before to plenty of drivers. Normally I like to talk to the people at the restaurant. But the person here was unpleasant and rude. Everyone makes mistakes, even software, you can correct a mistake without being a passive aggressive jerk.

We went thru the drive thru and had to pull up and wait which was fine as it was the lunch hour. They brought the food out and walked off. We had to go in and ask for our drinks and get napkins as none were in the bag. When we opened our sandwiches they were so soggy the bun fell apart and the grilled chicken was so hard you couldn’t bite it. The fries, which are usually my favorite looked and tasted like the top of the seasoning salt came off and the whole jar was emptied on the fries. Worst experience EVER at a Zaxby’s or any other fast food chain for that matter.

I am here waiting on order and I observe the spanish looking female cashier drop some sauce containers on the floor and pick them up and place them right back in the bin to be served on someone’s plate. This was at 8:47pm 2/1/24. I’m nothing short of amazed as I use to work in fast food and would never. Maybe management needs to do some training on this issue.
