Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes no one took our order got to the drive thru window and was told we can’t place a order at the window explained we had been sitting for 15 minutes then asked for a manager and was told can’t find the manager

Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes with the same car at the speaker box 2 cars ahead the whole time. Eventually had to leave cause I was wasting my time. What’s the point of fast food if it isn’t “fast”?

Survey scam. Receipt says fill out 10m survey for free 3pc snak. Did tons of question survey. Then after you finish they inform that you have to buy a meal to get. Not to mention they didnt provide a fork or napkins w original purchase.

The girl on the drive through speaker was rude and had no patience. Then the next girl at the next window told us to pull up to the white line and she would bring our food. Meanwhile the next 10 cars behind us got there food. We waited for 20 mins and finally had to walk in to get our food. The food was cold when we got it. We have never had an issue at our in Alabama. May need some new workers.

I ordered their grilled chicken house sa ad. Gets home and no meat at all in or on the salad. After calling and no answer, I drive back and the manager on duty refused to do any compensation for the mistake and huge mistake. All she is allowed to do is refund or replace the salad. Just forget about my time and frustration, wasting gas, etc. So she (the manager) offered for me to speak to her manager which turns out to be the district manager.
At the end of the day after explaining to the district manager the poor service i received and to.have no concern for my inconvenience with " the company will only allow either refund or replace". I told the manager I've been in some form of customer service all my adult live and I just don't believe Mr. & or Mrs. Zaxby's wouldn't go bankrupt over my $13 for the cheerio I had to jump through to keep coming back. All this not to mention the dispute over my earned military discount which prints out on the receipt that the district manager states she wasn't aware it states on the receipt the value of the discount.

The employee Ahmasia was the rudest person ever. She rolled her eyes at me and was annoyed because she messed up and gave me the wrong size cup. I asked her for the correct one which I paid extra for and had a nasty face with me so I said I can show you my recipe and she rolled her eyes and slammed the cup on the counter. I called the store to talk a manager, but no one answered.

Drove all the way home, waited to enjoy my salad, only to find a barely cooked fry at the bottom of my salad. I had eaten 3/4 of the salad I took it as a mistake, removed the fry and continued picking over the rest, then I found more fries and threw it out 😷I am utterly disgusted

I normally like this location, but this time I went, I got zero seasoning on my fries, zero sax sauce with my meal, and no toast, with no notification until I get home, do better
