Order food from here for delivery and they didn’t even get the order right asked for boneless wings and gave me chicken tenders and didn’t even give me my second drink only one like if you come here just expect them to just disappoint you because it’s ridiculous it’s not hard to follow an order!

This is just confederate Raising Canes. It's not a bad thing by any means. The wings are flippin' delish and they have Cherry Fanta!!!!

Love Zaxby's but unfortunately they're not as good as they were when the chain first came to Savannah . Yet they're still good . I understand they have a lot more business so the cooked to order thing has gone out the window so the tenders aren't as tender as they used to be unless you get lucky and get ones that just came up. My favorite is the salad but seems like the skimp on the chicken now.

Drive through line is atrocious I waited iver 30 minutes at the speaker alone and another 15 waiting for my food doesn't that kinda defeat the purpose of fast food drive through

This is the second time coming to this location where the order was incorrect and had to repeatedly ask to get it corrected. Really wanted the tacos with avocado not chipotle. Told them at the window. Pull forward wait to get them wrong again. 30 minutes waited then they looked like the were slop which made me regret asking for the correct order. The staff was clueless and disorganized...something so simple was made a total mess. Just won't come to this one again.

They're definitely need to work on their proportions. These are supposed to be 10 boneless wings. Seems to be like one chicken tender was used to make three wings. Very disappointed !!!

This is my go to Zaxbys since its close to my house but after Friday 7/12 I will not be going back. I wanted to try the new tacos so i ordered one of each and when i went to open the chipotle ranch one there was a ROACH on my taco in the pico de gallo. I pulled back around to the window and said ‘thats a bug, im not eating this’ and the manager tried to act like IT WASNT A BUG yet all of his employees and even the cook said ‘thats definitely a bug it has legs’. The manager can act mad and annoyed all he wants but who in their right mind would settle for a taco with a bug on it?! His solution …another taco using the same ingredients that had a roach in them ? i threw both tacos out as soon as I pulled off. He has a terrible attitude so try not to complain yall cause he will get embarrassed and annoyed ? I now have no desire for Zaxbys and it used to be my favorite.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company to work for. It’s one thing to fire someone for no reason but it’s a whole different problem when the DM starts bad talking/ spreading rumors about that person. The whole company is just sick and I wouldn’t work there if they paid 1000/hr. Just disrespectful and distasteful.
