Ordered DoorDash and I received my order with no sauce when I in fact ordered extra, my drink which was supposed to be a hi c with light ice was incorrect I received an empty cup with extra ice. This is absolutely unacceptable and you all should feel shame. It’s basic reading for god sake!

The cashier named India M is obnoxious, loud and unprofessional. I asked them repeat themselves bc they spoke to fast for me understand them, the proceeded to mock me for it. After I got my food i had to listen to them argued with the manager when the manager asked them to do another task. India also asked another employee for a hug when they were leaving for the day; India proceeded to hang on the employee and make a show off it. I will never eat at this place again!! The customer service was awful!!

Made me pull to a curbside spot, sat there for like 20 minutes after the guy said he’d bring my food right out. Never did. Some lady came out and asked what i was doing in the spot and they didn’t even remember to bring me the food. She handed me the drink without the lid on right so it spilled alll over my clothes, and it literally tasted like uncarbonated nasty watered down Dr Pepper… also i asked for extra seasoning on the fries… so they gave me none:). Worst experience at Zaxbys, food was not good either. Bread wasn’t even toasted and fries undercooked with no seasoning .

By far the nicest fast food staff I have ever came across. I just got off from a 12 hour shift had the LONGEST day. I was tired and so hungry but knew I was too tired to cook. I never really eat zaxbys but tonight it sounded good. I looked up zaxbys on my gps and saw it was 6 minutes away so I figured why not, not realizing it was 9:58 pm and they close at 10. The typical fast food restaurant would have ignored me or told me they were closed. I came through the drive thru didn’t hear anything so I started to pull off. Omg one of the employees came to the door telling me he was trying to get to me and that I could come back around and order something to eat. He was so nice to me man, very patient, had excellent customer service. The cook even came to talk to me because he was confused by my order and said he wanted to make sure he had it right for me to enjoy. I’m writing this because the customer service really warmed my heart man I was having a real blah day and that short interaction really did it for me. I love ppl who love helping ppl. Ppl with good vibes and positives attitudes. Really wish more places had this type of customer service. And to really put the icing on the cake my food was soooo good and fresh. Thank yall!!

I love zaxby's as a whole, but this one needs some attention.After ordering French fries, I placed the money on the counter.The cashier then proceeds to stare at me.I look down at the money on the counter, then back at her, and I point.She then holds her hand out for the currency.I reach down, retrieve the money, and hand it to her.As I do so so I say, really?She responds yes, really.At this point I tell her that's fine cancel the order.So is it me?Was I wrong in changing my mind?It was supposed to be a no-contact transaction, in my mind

Cashiers in drive thru at 4pm on today’s date were very rude. I’ve been here once and off the rudeness I won’t be returning. Cooks did an excellent job. Food was hot and fresh. Cashiers were impatient didn’t listen to orders. Rushed us thru our order. Then got it incorrect. When correcting them the attitude showed on their face and rolling their eyes. Just a bad way of customer service.

Hands down the worst Zaxbys Ive ever been to. The guy working the drivr through refused to take my order after waiting in line over 10 minutes and was only taking the orders of people in the inner lane. Phone line no one picks up, so good luck getting service.

Quite possibly the worst zaxbys around the area. Always check your order before leaving the drive thru. I’ve gotten food from this location a handful of times, never has order been right. Then when you go in to the store get it fixed the employees are rude like I messed up my order. Like it can’t be that hard to read screen
