I went to this place for a dinner with my sister! Foods came out a little slow but it was worth it because everything tasted great!! We had kimchi & tofu dish and dumpling soup and they were delish. Servers were also very kind and patient despite the restaurant being PACKED with other customers. I can't wait to try other dishes so I'm definitely coming back soon!!

If I could give a negative star rating, I would!!! Absolutely ridiculous experience. My wife and I and our 3 adult children drove 45 minutes to get there. On Friday and Saturday are they are open until 10pm, with last seating at 9:30.We arrived at 8:35 and a man led us to a table. As soon as my wife sat down, a woman came rushing over and told us that there was no more service and that we should leave.We all asked why, and she just kept telling us to leave. My wife is Korean, so there was no language barrier. This was the rudest we've ever been treated, and there was absolutely no reason for this.We will never return, and we won't recommend this place to anyone!

It has lost its taste since the owner changed recently. I ate it packaged, but I couldn't even touch the tofu kimchi.

First time at a korean barbecue, and this was just disappointing.First, people who came after us were getting food and service first.When a waitress did try to come to us, a waiter literally stopped her and told her no.We ordered the barbecue for 2, after we got the meat, we had to wait a bit and even hit the call button to get our tongs.Then, had to ask for the rest of the food that was part of the original order to begin with.There were only two tables with people eating, including us made 3.We did have one waitress that was genuinely being very kind and pleasant but overall can't say I'll go back.

We just ate here for the first time. While the food itself was okay, you’d expect that for the prices they are charging you’d get the service too. We pressed the call button for a solid 20mins before anyone came to take our order. We ordered set A for two people. Whole that came quickly we were not given the eggs or strew that comes with it. We continuously pressed the call button throughout the meal because we had asked for more water when we placed our order and it was never received. Additionally, when we. Placed our bbq order I asked for jjajangmeyon which does. It take that long to make but was told that the kitchen was too busy. The issue I take with this is you have non bbq customers who are ordering off the menu and receiving their food and a majority of them were seated well after us. I hate to be the person to say it but unless you were a Korean patron you did not receive adequate service.Bewon is still the way to go until vast improvements are made here.

So good! Mr. Ken was so nice and so attentive. The food was delicious. They have best kimchi in the Savannah area (my opinion), and their grills work really well- both halves of the grill actually work. For the price you pay, there’s a lot included in your meal and the food is just so good. 10/10.

Looking for a great Korean place in Pooler? Look no further than Zip Bob. The location itself is well taken care of and the food is delicious. Was specifically craving jjajjangmyun and a visit to another Korean place in town but that ended in sadness at them not being able to serve it as they were out of something for it? She just said they wouldn't have that dish for a while. Went to Zip Bob hoping to have jjajjangmuyn and thankfully they had no problems serving us. Delicious side dishes and a great jjajjangmyun. Very happy all around with the visit. Will be coming back to Zip Bob in the future for delicious and fast Korean!

Fast food and service. Definitely on the authentic side. They have both options, grill your own food or not. Check this bulgogi out tho. It was delicious.

Since the owner has changed, the foods got worse. It used to be my favorite Korean restaurant in Savannah, but it is not anymore. Also, the new owner was so rude. As no waitress took our order for a long time, and we got hungry and we asked more free side dish. But the owner yelled at me becausewe requested more side dish before we ordered food even though it was their fault. The waitress even can’t speak English. I will not come back this restaurant anymore.

Staff were very rude. Ignored us at the door then told us we can't eat there cause there was no room. Then proceeded to sit the people behind us. Very racially motivated restaurant. Shouldn't assume someone doesn't speak Korean just because they are a different race. Very rude things were said in front of us because they assumed none of the group would understand. Very disappointed.
