They finally have a new GM, hes a young guy. I see tremendous improvement from my prior visits. We are always so hesitant on where to stop but this visit was very pleasant. Keep up the great work

They were out of half of what I tried to order. Service was nonexistent. Food took forever. Everyone acted as though I had inconvenienced them by showing up and asking them to do the only thing they’re supposed to do there.

Worst vacation experience I ever had after being stared at by four employees and not helped and door dash driver came in the helped them and finally came to us drive through line backed to the road. 3 employees the front end the window cashier and the biscuit maker arguing and cussing the whole time of their duties and the place they worked for. After waiting 15 minutes to order not we wait 13 to get our food. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in fast food.

Country biscuit terrible .. normally good.. little and thin and didn't taste good at all.. potato rounds were terrible greasy.. not sure if I want to go back.. auto robot not to smart.. please don't change Logo.. since I read reviews after I read mine and saw a post with photos.. mold around drink machine.. bathroom nasty photos.. yuk

Food was of consistently quality. Restaurant regularly out of tea. This is the 4th time I've been to this location and they were out of tea. The soft drink dispenser may have just been cleaned, and my drink tasted like cleaning fluid. Had to pour it out.

She made me cry on my birthday. I ordered through the drive through, and when the lady couldn’t understand me she got frustrated at me and angrily told me to pull up to the window. I wanted to have a good day so I tried to have a nice talk and she rolled her eyes, visibly annoyed I was dining there as well as trying to be nice. The cashier was a sweetheart and greeted my dog, this was the manager who made me cry. I handed her a $50 and she said “ I don’t take bills like that in the morning, scolding her staff. I felt very bad for the cashier who kept a smile, the tone was unnerving and disrespectful, almost abusive. The cashier took a small frown and patiently motioned for me to wait while her boss ripped the money from her hand to go to the back to get change. I was never asked if I had another form of payment. When the boss came back around she threw her hands around exclaiming she didn’t have it. I said I have $8 to pay, sweetly, trying to rescue the cashier. At this point the kitchen staff was to the rescue and a very very sweet cook who was there said I got the change in my car baby! To me, ask she quickly made her way to her car, the manager was still there shaking her head, visibly mad, and pointed forward. I didn’t realize she was gesturing for me to pull forward..as she rudely said nothing except “ go pull forward” with a look that said why didn’t you move when I pointed and I hate my life and this place with everyone in it. I’m truly not exaggerating, as a manager myself. I felt terrible for everyone involved the cook then grabbed the change and gave it to me saying here you go honey. I believe the cook here, a nice old woman, would make a better manager, and I’m not sure how the manager, as someone with this kind of people skills made it into her position. I left feeling upset, sad, and with a terrible start to my birthday. The two other ladies were very sweet to me, and I feel so bad for them having to work in an environment like that, as if they aren’t stuck and just making the best of their situation. I will not be returning to any location.
