okay let’s update: they have brought in different workers, only one had a problem and asked us to repeat the order three times but the food has improved tremendously the burgers are hot and fresh and the fries are fresh!! wow BK has some really good fries and if they or any food is not fresh it shows. Please give more than one ranch when asked due to having more than one meal that is around $32 that expensive especially when the food is old or cold .. thank you for the improvement lastly PLEASE CHECK THE SODA LINES still taste like carbon so the lines must be off on the syrup maybe ????pLet’s get right into it.. the dining hours, and to eat, and eat inside are up to the “employees”. It’s the day time, and you walk up to the counter…and they leave to the back or the one leaning like she is on the phone at the the drive thru register is like a statue never moving nor acknowledging. I see burgers made thrown in a pile to just be thrown again in a bag… and fries in the baskets ready to be refried because they are LAZY!!!! there were maybe 4 cars in drive thru. So it’s around 5 PM ,and like I said the dining is open.. so people get off work and want to eat but nope he told everyone “get in the drive thru we ain’t working the front you see it’s just two of us” now we kept calm for the “worker’s” sake, and the elderly couples sake. BURGER KING CORP Shut it down!!! Serving old cold food, for no reason. BK has some good fast food if the store is managed properly. I have been to some great BK stores the burgers are always fresh, patties are fresh, fries are always fresh. This is unacceptable. This store and the one on Jimmy Del. highway do not deserve BK .. the store on JIMMY DEL HIGHWAY not far from here is new, and look how they are badly representing BK. Corporate needs to run the footage, and yank this store and the one not too far from here away ASAP.

Waited in the drive through for about 5 min with a car in front of me. Walked inside to order instead, said they only take drive thru orders. When I said I was waiting in the drive thru, they said its because they are backed up because they only have 2 people working. They need to either hire more people with a better hourly rate or just close the store. The in-between does NOT work

Today, after a day of restoring storm damage, my husband walked over there trying to get a bite to eat, at 8:30pm the doors were locked and the dining room was closed. The signs said dining room is open until 10pm. drive thru was open so he placed an Uber eats order and 4 drivers arrived to pick it up and were turned away, and a new driver would be assigned. I tried to call the restaurant because there was an option to place an order via telephone, and they ignored my calls. We had no update on our orders. there are people here restoring power, and helping with storm damage, please be mindful and feed the folks helping your area. He had to go hungry tonight. Shame on you Burger King

WORST BK EVER!! I'd recommend avoiding this place at all costs. The Rudest workers with terrible attitudes. They won't ever get your order right and it'll be the longest wait you've had for "fast" food. If you go through the drive through, good luck giving your order because none of the workers actually listen, you'll be repeating yourself a minimum of 3 times only for them to get the order wrong. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO SO A REAL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT CAN TAKE ITS PLACE.

Been waiting for 20 minutes just to make the order by the driver thru and nobody answered. 2 hours before closing.
I was in the middle of ordering a few weeks ago and the person at the speaker just stopped responding. Like mid order. Why is every Burger King in this area so garbage.

Super disappointed at the two gentlemen working the night shift tonight (8/27) who (I guess) didnt feel like working. They chose not to answer the order box or come to the drive thru window to take my order when it clearly states they dont close till midnight. When I drove around to the window, they were just walking around.

I pulled up to the restaurant at 1130 pm and saw a few workers inside. The location states that they don’t close until midnight. They refused to answer the intercom after multiple attempts by myself and other customers. Just poor effort and customer service in my opinion. I understand it’s late but if you’re open you should do your job. It’s pitiful honestly and I work in customer service.

Went on two separate nights, each time at 11:15 PM. The hours on the door and online say they close at 12AM, but they decided to close early both times.
