The Garden City location is in a steady decline - barely staffed, lines out the door, and lots (I MEAN LOTS) of attitude from the little staff there is. If you are able to place your order- my last wait was a little over half an hour - the food is still classic Church's- hot, crispy, delicious chicken, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits, and tasty sides. But closing the doors at peak service times and the general atmosphere and attitude of the staff will likely be the death of this business. I hope not, but these factors usually are not the recipe for success.

Horrible staff no organization manager very rude only one to two employees working every day and always have to wait 15 minutes for Chicken. Every time I’ve been there won’t ever go back horrible despicable, a total disgrace.

Chicken was fresh out of the fryer .. but if you want service with an attitude and eyes rolled like you bothering the lady at the front this restaurant is for you
I will NEVER return here I saw the lady with an attitude with everyone ahead of me so I tried being polite and all smiles and the return was like I was bothering her to do her job, I asked if they had the 4pc dark or 8 PC dark special she just said yes turned around threw some chicken in the box then threw the bag .. box opened in the bag she then showed me the total on the register and walked away
I could have just left to be honest but I pd and left when I get to my place to eat how about all I got was 3 pcs
This place needs a major employee adjustment.. if it wasn't cause I had already waited 20 minutes n had to get back to work I definitely would have left
... but I know one thing ... I will NOT BE BACK

So I had a bad experience one day, got some very old chicken that has been dried out by a heat lamp, and was hard. Now i couldn't eat that especially for lunch. But I was running late, so I just went to work and starved for the rest of my shift. Well, the next day, I went back, and the manager, Ms Tanya, fixed the issue with no problem. I'm the type to always tell people I would like my chicken fresh so I don't run into that problem, and Ms Tanya understands that so she does her best to accommodate me.

Driving through on a 10 hour trip. We stopped for chicken because we’d never tried the restaurant. The employees were very rude. It was like they hated their jobs. They were actually complaining about their schedule so that everyone else could hear. The restaurant wasn’t very clean. Floors were extremely sticky.

The chicken is average. Nothing special. We probably won’t ever stop at one again.

Pros: I like the fact that they had strawberry Fanta, there’s only a few places that offer it in fountain. Biscuit was really good.

Let’s get right into it. The customer service is a joke. There is not one hello, or thank you. We are actually bothering them by coming in. They talk or shout about who is coming in or didn’t come in to work. As you stand there they finally ask “what do you want?” Well if common sense was used they would know it’s a restaurant and we want food. Gave me old jalapeño bombers, and old fries.. which if dropped fresh they are really good, the place needs a good clean and wipe down.. some type of order to maintain a clean and safe work environment especially so the customer won’t fall on spilled drinks on the floor with no wet floor signs. Church’s chicken is known for fresh chicken and the good biscuits, but not at this location, they let money walk out the door all because they have chips on their shoulder, and don’t know how to act or treat people. They said they were out of certain items but no they just don’t want to make it because they are lazy.

Nothing changes here. Same old process. No spicy chicken again. I was just here about 2 weeks ago during a lunch rush. No spicy chicken for the special being advertised. But maybe it's me. I always seem to choose to get to this location when they're out of spicy chicken. I stopped coming here a while ago and now after my last 2 trips I can remember why. I can't ever get the food I pay for here. Thanks Church's Chicken for being consistent in making sure of that.

I usually love coming to this C.C but when I came here today which is a Sunday and they didn’t have any options in the chicken or seasoning. Chicken wasn’t even getting fried they just said nope we don’t have that! One thing I can say it’s usually hot and fresh. Maybe it was a bad day.
