Church's Texas Chicken

Wasn't good, and I waited over 20 minutes to order that garbage.

So this is a truck stop Churches. Tell yourself that before you enter.

Since day 1 that this place opened it has always been slow service and orders aren't always accurate. Given a year or so, it still hasn't changed.

Customer service is nonsocial, feels like no one wants to deal with anyone even themselves.

If I want Churches, I would say go to the Churches 15-20 minutes away near Tangier. Drive the extra distance. Save yourself the hour wait time for your food and actually get treated like a customer.

Don’t plan to come to this location in the hours that are posted. Lady inside wouldn’t even bother to come and explain why isn’t open on regular hours.
Why expend time consuming driving to this location or might be other locations from this chain just to be rejected from service. Don’t bother.

The lady running the register was friendly but the service was slow when you only had 4 customers in the store.

I drove all the way from the south side of Savannah to this location only to have them say they're closed it was 6:45 They not supposed to close till 10:00 p.m. on Sunday so they need to take it off and put up their new closing time it's false advertisement and a waste of time and gas and it just pissed me off

The Sign said open till 11pm. We were there at 5.50pm there were 2 employees in the store they would not let us in they waived closed after we knocked on the entry door.

Incredibly slow service. I had to eat on my way back to work and was almost late because of how slow. Better chicken, sauces, and service are everywhere

STORE IS NEVER OPEN! came at 5 the store was already closed it's supposed to close at 10 this constantly is happening

Went there today around 7:15 pm and they were closed!!!! Even though the sign said closes at 11!!!!

Worse Church's I've ever been to. The service is terrible! Customer service is non existent, workers have visible attitudes, and they pick and choose the hours that they open and close! I stopped eating Church's chicken years ago but my husband loves it so I go to grab food for him. After he stopped in twice(he was only able to catch them open twice) he decided to never go back again! How exactly does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken on a regular basis. That's absolutely absurd! However, they've managed to do that on multiple occasions. If they're not out of dark meat, they're out of white meat or spicy chicken! Just horrible! We'll take our chances at the Popeyes down the street!

Website says closes at 10pm. They close at 6ish

Arrived at the location @ 9:05 the time sqid 10pm closure but they were closed no one acknowledged me.

It's always crowded! It's hardly ever clean. But my food is always great!!!
