The new ordering system is not working. They are trying to do what Chick-fil-A does by having an employee outside to order. Or maybe their speaker box is broke. But it creates a lot of chaos, and that brings mistakes. The manager was yelling at the girl at the window today to the point it made me uncomfortable.
Then my drink was mixing 1/3 it's content.

Dunks is my go to, of course because I'm a New Englander!! Their coffee is always good. The donuts keep getting smaller but that seems to be the way of the world.
Parking: This location has tight parking but it's doable.

This Location was FOUUUULLLLL! I would like to say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Dunkin'. One person was working the register and making the drinks while the other employees were sitting there. To be fair, there was one other person helping to make drinks. The wait time was atrocious and the bathroom was disgusting. Once we got our drinks, they were NASTY! The dinning area was also disgusting with food and trash all over the floor. The food station, that is visible for everybody to see, was also disgusting. Perception is reality. Needless to say, shame Dunkin.

Worst Dunkin location ever!!!! We were traveling back home to Florida and this Dunkin was next to the gas station we stopped at. The wait time for two iced coffees added an hour onto our trip. We noticed that the manager (or team leader) was sitting in the back on her phone, while the one girl who ran the register and made drinks, was talking on her cell phone. The bathrooms were nasty and it looked like they kept their personal belongings on the counters. I wasn’t really surprised by the lack in cleanliness, but amazed by how terrible the service was. I forgot to mention, they apparently were out of every single food item.
