I stopped at Dunkin' Donuts today on 7201 GA Highway in Port Wentworth, GA, on my way to see my daughter. I had one blueberry crushed top muffin and one SnackBacon with a MangoPineapple Refresher Lemonade. The young lady greeted me, but the muffin's top was extremely hard, and the bacon was severely burned and should have been discarded. I will not stop there again while passing through.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. The service is terrible. I ordered my coffee hot and sent it back because it was cold, and they gave it to me cold again with the excuse that the machine was broken. They also didn't have any sandwiches available. I recommend they be a little friendlier to customers and improve the cleanliness of their areas.

I gave this place too many chances. This is the third time they put sugar in my coffee when I specifically told them not to. Last week one of them were extremely rude to the customer in front me and was rude to me as well. The lack of attention to detail for a simple job they have is ridiculous, I will not return to this Dunkin Donuts, they had their chance.

Dont know what has happened to this particular Dunkin but this is the 2nd time in a week that the same 2 front staff members have been there. Poor customer service. We sat at the drive thru for an extended period of time just for a remote order. Management needs to come in and help!

Sky was very pleasant. She recommended that I conne t to their free wifi to be able to get to my rewards. She said its not rush and to take my time. She was friendly with other coworkers, reminding the mother to forget cinnamon ontop of the latte. Thank you sky.

I come to this location three or four times a week and get the same exact drink, large shaken espresso. Went inside to pick up my mobile order. There was about an inch and half/two inches empty so I asked one of the workers to add more almond milk as it’s always been full when I get it. The lady, older with dreads gave me attitude and muttered something under breathe. As someone who’s managed in the food industry, thats unacceptable as I kindly asked for more almond milk and wasn’t rude to her. This staff here needs some serious retraining. I know the customer isn’t always right but her reaction was not it.
What is this? When my fiance gave this to me, i had to do a double take and even went outside in the light to see if i was seeing things. Then i looked at his and it was on there too. Why does it looked like someone shaved over the lids to the cups? Or shaved in there uniform shirt and it is falling off their clothes. Wasted money because I poured it down the sink.

We visit the Dunkin Donuts in Port Wentworth almost every weekend mainly for our dog Hazel to get her Saturday Pup Cup fix ☺️🐾 and we always enjoy a nice coffee/latte and muffins/donuts 💖 We love the customer service at this location and even have befriended a few of the incredible staff because of our regular visits with Hazel Rose🌹🐾

Waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees and a sandwich. Meanwhile employees were singing and dancing and telling each other good job even though the drive through line was around the building, about 20 people waiting inside and multiple orders coming back made wrong. Will never return.
