This was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever at a coffee shop. I got given something I didn’t order on top of getting cold hash browns. As I telling her what’s wrong she keeps saying huh as if she couldn’t hear me when I was right in her face. I paid extra for the aïoli didn’t even get it. My sandwich was corrected and I ask if she was gonna make more has browns. She stated those just came out and they are mushy and taste so stale. At that point I gave up and just drove off I was given a hard time for my order not being right and those hash browns had been sitting for hours that’s nasty. NEVER AGAIN.

Just grabbed my cofeee and my mothers go to order. The young man working and young Lady made the food with compassion ! Friendly staff! Coffee was made perfectly !! Thank you guys ! Management give these two individuals a raise they go above and beyond !

Was forced to wait for a computer system that isn't faster just slows the line. The young lady at the window was rude and tried to give me someone else's food and 45 minutes in a line before I was even served then an additional 25 mins waiting for 4 drinks y'all can do better

The weekend shift is not the best. Service is slow and it seems training is not a top priority.
The new ordering system is not working. They are trying to do what Chick-fil-A does by having an employee outside to order. Or maybe their speaker box is broke. But it creates a lot of chaos, and that brings mistakes. The manager was yelling at the girl at the window today to the point it made me uncomfortable.
Then my drink was mixing 1/3 it's content.
