If I could give the place a 20 out of 10 I would. I went in this weekend because I was busy and didn’t have time to cook. The food was awesome and the staff stepped up to help when they said I was fixing plates with a toddler. We will be retuning for future visits

We started coming here about a year ago right after they opened and it was so great. Finally a place to get decent chicken fingers or a burger in this area where restaurants are typically not that good. For a few months it was our favorite restaurant in the area and then it slowly started to go down hill. The food was a little less good over time, the service declined, the A/C was out frequently leading to uncomfortable dining experiences. Then after not coming here for a few months we decided to come back today 11/18/2024 and give it another shot. We know the place closes at 3 p.m. because we had been here so many times, so we showed up at 2:35 and the place looked slow but the sign on the door reassured us of the 3 p.m. closing time. We walked in and waited to be seated, multiple employees noted that we were there but nobody said anything. After a few minutes of waiting the bartender peeked around the corner and asked us if we were waiting for something? Yes, we're waiting to be seated. She told us that they close at 2:30 but we could get some buffet to go... my reply was asking her if they were aware that the sign on the door still said 3 p.m.? At that point I couldn't help but notice the attitude as she told us that they were slow so they decided to close down early. That's cool, then why put the sign on the door? Why have it online as closing at 3 p.m.? Why not put up a sign that says "We close when we're slow or whenever we feel like it"? Why not tell us you're closed as soon as we walk in? It just left a bad taste in our mouths. If we come back at 2:20 next time will they be closed? What about 2:05? Can we ever depend on them to be open? We will not be back. You guys let one of the best restaurants in the area slide into another crap show so quickly. We will not be back, ever. I would much rather drive an extra 20 - 30 minutes to Bluffton or HHI and get much better food and service. Goodbye forever!

OMG Excellent! I had the buffet - might be every Saturday. Collard stuffed salmon 11/10, cornbread stuffed oysters 11/10, peach cobbler everything else 10/10. All homemade - really, really good, and reasonable prices.

First time here a few days ago. Super cute restaurant! Very friendly & efficient customer service & delicious food with many southern home cooked options to choose from as well as a variety of other dishes. My husband had the meatloaf, I had the Salmon BLT & my mom had the country fried steak... So good!!
We went on a Wed, which is apparently when they have bingo with prizes from 4 til around 5:30ish, I think. Lots of fun! Plenty of parking. We'll definitely be back! Don't miss out on this place. They also have a lunch buffet & offer catering.

Awesome food! Service was excellent! Wasn't expecting much when we walked in but was pleasantly surprised on how nice it was inside. We had the buffet which included salad, Brunswick stew, fried chicken, fried flounder, chili Mac & cheese, vegetable rice pilaf, mash potatoes & gravy, green beans, (much more) and apple cobbler for dessert. Definitely will be back.
