Much better experience. Much better workers. Much better service. Food was great. I am glad to see the turnaround, especially since it is so close & in the neighborhood.

Just had the worst experience. I ordered online delivery and never received my food. I called to notify them and they said they’d cancel my order. My order hasn’t been cancelled and I haven’t received a refund either. Called up there again and the young man on the phone said he didn’t know how to refund or cancel my order and would text his manager. I’m so upset because I never received my food or money back.

We walked in to order a pizza to go. The lobby was empty, we were patient. About 4-5 minutes later, a really nice black gentleman came in behind us. All of the sudden, attention was brought in our direction. The worker asked if we were there for a pick up and when we said no before I could even get another word out, he directed his attention to the gentleman behind us and got his pick up order and left us standing there with my words trailing off as if he didn’t give a crap. Very rude. So we left and didn’t even order. Always wanted to try Marcos but, probably won’t be returning to this store.

The website doesn’t work properly and won’t allow you to select certain items. Our pizza had literally no sauce on it and the pepperonis were just thrown in the middle. The wings were tiny, under seasoned and overcooked. For $30 we could’ve balled out on some digiorno and would’ve been happier. Lesson learned, holy pie is better and it’s not even close.
Pizza is good, app is horrible! Had to call in an order before I went to pickup!

6/5/24 I ordered the $19.99 deal with pizza, cheezybread, and cinnasquares online, but somehow the cheesy bread and cinnasquares didn’t end up on my order. I went in to pick up and they made me pay $10 extra to get them added and wait an extra 15 minutes. Beware!
Went there for the first time yesterday the girl behind the counter was very nice but the cheesebread was the worst that every ate it was very dry hardly had and cheese on it to the point I don't know how you could call it cheesy bread very disappointed

Always ordered from Marcos because they’re the closest and the best. Have ordered online for pick up AND delivery with no problems. However I’ve had trouble with the online ordering with my address not registering in their system. I haven’t had problems until recently. After trying delivery online not being successful, I called. They found my account, I told them my issues with delivery to Rice Creek Apartments & got my order put in. It was delivered on time but the women who delivered it told me there was a mistake in the system & I wasnt even charged for my order but they wanted to give me the pizza anyways due to the mix up & having so many problems with the addresses minutes away from the restaurant!! I was shocked & insistent on paying but she told me no multiple times. Not only is the pizza great but so are the people that work there!! I’ll always choose Marcos. The prices, the taste, the convenience, AND the people, all sell it for me 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Only order for pick up!!!This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza delivery and then had to drive to the store and pick it up myself because it never came.This type of service is horrible If you don’t have the man power for delivery then it should not be an option on the website/app.

I ordered ahead online and my food was put up as I was walking in the door, excellent food and employees were very nice! I got a small cauliflower cheese pizza among other things and I can say it did not taste like cauliflower crust!! Very tasty will order again for sure!!

I’ve frequented this Marcos ever since it opened and this location has gone off a cliff with its service! I ordered two pizzas, cheesy bread, and boneless wings. Neither of the pizzas had hardly any sauce and I ordered extra sauce. One of the pizzas had onions and I ordered no onions. I didn’t receive half of the sauce cups I paid for and one of the garlic sauce cups that I did receive was apparently broken which leaked garlic butter all over both boxes, the entire underside of one pizza, as well as my car seat.I shouldn’t have expected much more than I got once I saw how the place operated on the inside. I showed up about 10 minutes after the “promise time” the app notated my order would be ready and while my pizzas and bread were ready, they hadn’t even started my wings. The young lady managing the orders was telling the two boys working with her to drop the wings numerous times and while one of them just smirked at her and walked around doing nothing, the other one stood in the back of the kitchen flipping a sauce cup in the air with a spatula. The phone was also ringing constantly the 10 or so minutes I was standing inside and not once did anyone walk to the front to answer it. I can only imagine how many orders and how much money was lost to ignored phone orders.It’s convenient that Marcos has no customer service contact options on their website and just tells you to “contact your local franchise”. Looks like I won’t be getting the refund that this disaster merits but I’ll for sure never order from this location again.
