We ordered at the kiosk for dine in. Order was incorrect and they forgot our cups. Lazy employees acted like it was a huge inconvenience when we asked for the missing items and cups. The ice machine was broken and most of the drinks were out of syrup. Employees really showed attitude when I went back up to the counter and asked for ice for the drinks. The food was prepared fairly quickly, but that is not enough to make me ever want to come back to this location. One star. This McDonald's needs to try harder!

This McDonald’s dumb as hell my fries were out upside down in my bag my food was everywhere spilled in the bag and then I was trying to do a spilt payment and they said they can’t which is a lie because I’ve done it before. I’m not satisfied at all!!!

After going to a radiology appointment with my boyfriend we headed to the McDonald's in Pooler near Walmart. I must tell you this is the best of all the McDonald's in Chatham County where the employees are smiling,polite and do a great job. Thank you 😊

They need to close this store down. This McDonald’s is suppose to be a quick fast service establishment. It’s literally at a truck stop. You got people who come to take their lunch break and they have to leave without getting there food. All those employees are rude and nasty and they act like they are so miserable to work there. If I could give this place zero starts I would. When you walk in they don’t greet you. Then you gotta wait 10 minutes just to get your order taken then you gotta wait almost an hour to receive your food. They need to turn this McDonald’s into a star bucks maybe the people would be more happy

Don’t get my user name mixed up. I’m a real person. Now, this McDonald’s establishment has the worst customer service ever. They are rude and nasty. You come to order your food and they’ll look at you and walk right by you. When you think hey instead of dealing with nasty attitudes I’ll just place my order. NO when you come pick up your order it’s the same thing. They don’t even call your name out to come get your food. Then by the time you get your food it’s cold and soggy.
