Just an angry server who didn't care about giving a good service, we left no tip. He was upset and in a bad mood. Food was delicious as always.

Dont waste your time here , the prices vary by whoever is checking you out at the time . I payed $21 for a steak bowl to which I have no idea what I was charged for being the receipt shows nothing but BOWL on it . I asked why it was so much he said I got queso on my bowl . I got a scoop of queso not a side or bowl to go .

I got really quick and helpful service as well as great opinions on the menu. The gentleman and the lady working the drive thru just now were very polite and quick. For a four part order it was a very easy ordering experience.

Easy to order on the app. Kana, the one who made my food and also gave it to me was respectful and verified that everything was in my bag. The homemade strawberry lemonade was PERFECT!!

I've never experienced customer service that made me literally want to walk out in the middle of placing my order. The young man that was helping me was rude for absolutely no reason. He repeatedly snapped at me when asking me for my order, when he proceeded to move to the next section I tried to remind him that I was ordering something else, and he snapped at me asking what else I wanted. I was floored. I've spent years in customer service, it sucks. Bit I am honestly lost for words at how bad I wanted to just leave. And I'm honestly upset I didn't.

Best burritos, bowls, and salsa selection around! Not only in this area, but in general. The staff at this location could say “WELCOME TO MOE’S” with a little enthusiasm. So when people say it back loudly don’t look at them all weird. They’re just showing you how it’s done because they’ve been frequenting the chain for so long. -1 star for weak welcomes.

They are always friendly, but they charge extra to add queso to the bowls, which already cost more than $13, and then they give you one tiny ladle of it. I couldn't even taste it amongst all the other ingredients in my bowl.
