Didn't even get to the food. The service was awful
Walked into an empty dining room with one person in the drive through. No greeting. Took a minute to be acknowledged and then she had an attitude when asking my daughter what kind of chicken she would like. When I asked her to repeat what she said she slammed the aluminum foil down. My husband said let's go. I told the lady nevermind.

If I could give a negative star I would. Never experienced the entire staff was rude! The meat was old and dry! Lettuce old wilted and brown.

Food always either dry or over seasoned. And the sloppy assistant manager needs to work on her customer service skills before working in service roles. I get it you woke up looking like that but you have no reason to take it out on people at work. I’ve given them too many chances, enough is enough. Do better, it makes sense why it’s new staff replacing the old every 2 weeks

I hate to even leave a 3 because it wasn't really about the food. I visited this location with my son about a week ago. The chipptle lime sauce blew my mind and had been waiting to come back. Today I did they ere busy but efficient. I went inside and was about to leave but then came a torrential downpour. So I sat to start with my meal. Then an older couple brings their DOG in the restaurant and tells it to sit and stay near the front door. I instantly got up and left. I could NOT believe the nerve of these ppl. A dog in a food establishment..really. Nothing was said to these ppl. This location offers a drive thru and not a peep. I was so annoyed. Because my meal was interrupted and I had to drive in the rain anyway. Outside of this the good was good and the service was amazing. There's a young man there with curly red hair who keeps the store humming. This was my second visit and each time the store ran smoothly given the volume. Again it was a mixed review.

The black lady at the counter couldn't stop giggling. She needed her manager to put items into a bag. What's going on here. The tacos can't be called a taco if there a soggy mess that you can't pick up. They were all somehow cracked in half despite them being a melted mess immediately. The queso tastes like warm milk. The chips are stale. The red salsa is like jalapeno water. Constant beeping noise, must be the burnt chips lol

The food was amazing!!! The young lady with the brown hair was very respectful! The area was super clean and no complaints. My only issue is the manager... I'm pretty sure his name is Dave. He's more or so on the smart mouthed side. Overall a great place to eat and would recommend to everyone in the area!!

The food is okay. But each time I have been there the drive thru always mess up my order. Haven't been on the inside but I don't think that I will. At least they was polite and messed up my order each time.🤷🏾‍♂️

We love this location majority of the time but recently from our past few trips here we have had missing items, mostly our Queso that cost almost $5. I have no complaints about the actual taste of the food, Moe’s is one of our favorites for burritos. My husband went in last night after he got off work to place an order inside and it took longer than normal, but he did tell me that there was a new person there and they were really nice but still learning.

(Please remember the Queso❤️ hearts were broken last night💔 - slightly dramatic sorry we still love Moe’s) My husband was so sad about it but didn’t want to drive back after working 12 hours.

Just an angry server who didn't care about giving a good service, we left no tip. He was upset and in a bad mood. Food was delicious as always.
