“Our family loves Flying Monk but yesterday it disappointed my husband and I. I was there yesterday. I let my friend try Flying Monk for the first time. She ordered Singapore Noodles & Edamame dumplings which didn’t disappoint her. I ordered Pad Thai which was good since the 1st time I’ve tried it few months ago and Chinese Broccoli. I also bought Chicken & Rice and Edamame dumplings for my husband (for take out). What disappointed me is the ton of garlic in the Chinese Broccoli that over powered the natural flavors of the veggie. Next time, please don’t do that, we’re not vampires! LOL! My husband also smelled something like “strong chemical smell” from the food when I handed him his lunch yesterday after his meeting. The red geisha drink was great and refreshing. We had a courteous and attentive server yesterday that made the experience overall good.“

“My wife and I enjoyed our experience thoroughly! The food is so delicious, I ordered the sichuan beef noodle soup and some steamed pork dumplings and they were stellar. I am so excited to find a restaurant that serves high quality legit Chinese food. I plan on being a frequent customer of E-Tang.“

“I have one word for WildGinger...Fantastic. WG is in a great spot, it has plenty of parking(which in Pooler can be a real problem) which it does share with other places however there is more than enough. The atmosphere is cozy but separated enough that you don't have to listen to the conversations at the table next to you. I ordered the Tokyo mule. I could see the gentleman at the bar as he was making my drink and there was a lot involved with making it. The drink isn't something that I would normally try, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. We ordered the crispy wanton tacos and the Lat Mai Kai for appetizers. My wife doesn't do spicy very well and she said they were spicier than she likes, but she did eat 2 of them. I had the third one, it did have a little spice to it but it didn't last long(which my wife also said later). The Lat Mai Kai on the other hand is spicy, it tells you in the description and it is a flavorful spicy. I got it with the tofu, it reminded me of a dish that I used to get at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Savannah. For her meal, my wife ordered fire-braised short ribs with pineapple fried rice. There was no spice to this dish but it is packed full of flavor. The short ribs were fall of the bone tender, and the pineapple fried rice was an excellent addition. I ordered Dan Dan noodles, and again it stated that it was spicy and it was true to that. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was packed with a spicy flavor that I had never had before.We will definitely be going back, and we can't wait to try other things on the menu.Vegetarian options: Too numerous to mention, they are clearly listed on the menu.Parking: Large lot that is shared with many other businesses and restaurants, there is more than enough.Wheelchair accessibility: WildGinger is part of a group of stores and other restaurants that the parking lot with easy ramps to go from the parking lot to the wide sidewalks. The entrance to the restaurant is even with plenty of room to get a wheel chair through.“

“Such a fantastic Chinese restaurant! They have all the standard dishes and they’re wonderful. The two gentlemen who worked the counter, made some suggestions for me to try. The shrimp mei fun was great but, the Singapore, Mei fun was amazing! And, of course you have to get the egg rolls!“

“I never leave reviews on Yelp but they deserve one. Stopped by here for a late lunch and was absolutely blown away. From the extraordinary customer service, the delicious food, and the atmosphere... Umami has become my husband and I's new go to place. I've tried many Pho and none of them compare to the amazing Pho I had here. My husband got the steak and shrimp with rice and everything was cooked perfectly and the sauce was FANTASTIC! If you're in Pooler and looking for a spot to try, you have to go to Umami. The service again was more than great and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!“
