Food was not good at all. Cheese sticks were burnt. Bad lettuce in the salads No ham in one of the dishes Pizza rolls-the bread was stiff WILL NOT BE BACK FOR SURE!

Scammers! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD, USE CASH! As soon as we left someone tried to use my debit card to charge $300! They do not take Apple Pay either. Please use cash! Plus they have 2 different menus and 2 different names but it’s all the same restaurant; very suspect!

I ordered food through Uber eats and they never brought my food. I called the store and manager said I would need to call Uber. I called Uber and they said call the store. I called store again and the owner was very rude, had no time to address the issue and hung up on me. This was a $50 order I never got, and The business is 2 miles from my house and the food is not even that good to have to go through this. I opened a claim with uber and because he wouldn’t answer when uber called, they wouldn’t refund. He knows what he’s doing. He’s a thief! I guess that’s why he only has a 3 star review. If ordering I would not recommend. Horrible service, rude and a scammer taking advantage of people’s hard earned money in the hard times.

Food was pretty mid, but it was fine, didn't dine in so can't speak on the atmosphere....not the point of the review....we ordered through uber eats at around 4:20 PM, food didn't get here until 5:47 when latest estimated time was 5:05 and only arrived after a phone call and dispute on uber eats BECAUSE they use their own drivers without informing uber eats....driver arrives and hands over food and requests "a tip for the driver" we had tipped through the uber eats app, not quite sure why anyone is asking for a tip at the door when a tip has already been provided prior to the sub par service, probably won't order again.

Friday evening I only ordered 2 meatball subs & garlic sticks for me & my wife. Total bill, with tax AND $7 delivery charge, came to over $40.00!!! Delivery person said he got nothing from this, so I also gave him a $5 tip. The meatballs & sauce tasted so awful that we only ate half because we were hungry & threw the rest away and the garlic bread was way too salty! Be aware that Romano's is a total rip-off. We will NEVER order from there again!

They got me again. I ordered via UberEats partly due to their quick delivery of 20 minutes. Now it is their own drivers so I figured it would take longer. At 45 minutes get notice of estimated arrival 30 minutes later still no delivery. First phone call sorry it's on its way. More waiting and unable to get any update from App Or UberEats directly tells call restaurant. Second call sorry we don't have drivers and our wait is 45 minutes right now. Again it's on its way. Another 35 minutes pass and third phone call sorry just give it 10 more minutes which was another 40 minutes before delivery for a total just under 3 hours. I understand people get busy and things happen but I also understand business. You are advertising a time of delivery to get my business that you know you are unable to fulfill so you tricking people thinking they are getting quick service knowing full well you can't deliver. That is a conscious decision to be deceptive. I also know that you can turn off, delay, disable taking orders right on the tablet for an hour or the evening if no drivers are available. Again a conscious decision but you would rather hold people hostage with your deceptive business practices. The food of course was ice cold and marginal at best. Won't catch me again.

Never again . Pizza no flavor no seasoning mozzarella sticks def not good . I chose this place because I fig local pizzeria be way better than the big corporate pizza delivery, 35.00 later plus tip , the Waffle House next door to hotel been a way way better option or the Taco Bell . Big disappointment!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered pizza on 10/05/2024 at 9:36pm to be delivered to my motel room. They said 46 minutes. It never arrived. Mgr of motel advised nothing delivered there. I called but could not get thru. Called again 10/06. Spoke to a woman who said they would look into it. Never heard back and no refund on my credit card! I reported to AmEx. They will be contacting Romanos. I told Mgr at Country Inn they should rethink having menus available for Romanos.

Nothing was fresh. Sandwiches was dry, calamari comes from the freezer and bland, pizza wasn’t anything special. Owners were conducting business while eating in the tiny dining room which I thought was very unprofessional. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever eaten.
