Two ladies I found working there today were really welcoming and eager to provide great customer service to everyone

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. They treated the food really carelessly. For example, I asked them to add jalapeños, and the worker just grabbed a handful and dumped them all in one spot without spreading them out at all. Then I ordered a big steak sub, and she just put a couple of tiny scoops of steak in one place, leaving the edges basically just bread. I paid for extra meat, but it felt like I only got the regular amount. In short, they really skimp on ingredients and don’t bother to make the sandwich properly

The brunette lady was hostile with me and had a bad attitude. I asked for her to rap my subs separately so I can have the other later on and it helps keep things clean separating a sub sandwich can be messy and I don't want the mess in my truck. She refused. I wanted to scan my pilot card for my military discount and she said you don't have any points. I was like I don't care scan it anyway. I asked her why she was hostile and she said because there was three other people in line. I said o I see if you are hostile to customers things will move faster sarcasm. Over all she just needs an attitude adjustment. Like I said that the sandwich was good just her method of passing off bad energy vibes to others isn't good for others. She could have smiled or said hi to me and been more pleasant.

I had a disappointing experience at this store. While we were waiting to place our order, the staff decided to hold a crew meeting, which meant we were left waiting without any attention. The manager's approach was unprofessional; she even called the team in with the attitude that it was more important than serving customers. I felt overlooked and unvalued as a customer. The service was poor, and some employees were rude. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I won’t be returning.

Stay Away from this location. I ate a 6inch sub and within hours was vomiting violently, I don’t appreciate how they almost hide the meats to the point you can not see them ! Food poisoning people , that’s what you will be served here !

By far the worst Subway I have been to. The two young ladies working the afternoon of 7-21-2024 were by far the rudest people I've come across in food service. They treated my family and I like we were an inconvenience. I ordered a footlong dipper and the lady said "well I don't know how to make that" and walked away. Their attitudes were so bad, I'm surprised they were able to make it through the hiring process. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE..

The entire team needs to be retrained in customer service! I went in this afternoon to grab a sandwich and the footling cookie. The team member who helped me Shana was absolutely rude and looked like she didn’t want to be there. She stated “ I hope it rains so we don’t have to deal with customers. “ this is completely unprofessional and as someone who works in sales customer service Is a big part of this world. Hate to see such poor service.

Justin and Keisha are awesome! They made our day so much better. Unfortunately we stopped by on Thanksgiving, as most other places off of the highway were closed, but they were very sweet and funny.

People act like they don’t want to be there and do nothing and then when they do some thing they’re always complaining about. You show a military ID can’t get a discount and un less you have a pilots rewards card you cant. but yet every other time in the two years I’ve come back-and-forth to this place. I’ve always got it. People here are so unfriendly never coming back here again there’s too many subways to choose from.

Huge ripoff! The guy working barely had any customer service skills, like he didn't want to be there...

I told him steak and cheese, he little by little added on meat (no measurements) onto a paper and stuck it in the heater.

Told him I just wanted mayonnaise, and he went overboard with it then wrapped it then rolled it into a really small roll.

Before I checked out I said it looked really small and got no reply. I ended up paying $8 for a wrap and could have eaten so much more by going to McDonalds.
