My daughter always order the Crunchwrap supreme so I decided to order it this time and I am totally displeased and disappointed. Got off from working 10 hours decided that Taco Bell would be my late night and I got this I would never again it was totally flat nothing in it

Took 30-40 minutes to get my food due to two female workers getting into a fight in the kitchen. Dude was on a phone call while making my food talking about how he can’t work sunrise to sunset on Saturday, and they forgot half my food. No sauce in the lobby

I went to their drive thru at 6pm on a Saturday evening. I didn't get the chance to order because I sat in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes. No one ever came on the speaker and greeted us, or said they weren't taking orders. They didn't say anything at all. Myself and other cars that were in line drove away after waiting for so long with no response. And when I drove away, there was an employee standing in the store not saying anything to anyone. I worked in food service for over 7 years so I know that this is something that is unacceptable. That is considered horrible customer service and communication towards paying customers

Smells like piss in here . I have a 30 minute break and after 10 min I was acknowledged as a customer . Every last one of them have attitudes . What time was I here today ? 11:30-11:46 trying to get food. I do not recommend and I will not return. Horrible way to treat paying customers . And the tiny one working the drive thru was putting my money on the counter I told her put it in my hand like I put it in hers smh sad

Twice in a row my order was wrong. As the cashier argued with the people on my order it was still wrong. I really don't like to complain but something needs to be done with this location.

Ordered combo with crunch wrap supreme black beans. One of them had no black beans at all. I wish there was zero stars to put in here. Very slow service too.

My husband and I stopped by this restaurant on our way from Georgia to Virginia. We changed our order from dine-in to to-go. The bathrooms were disgusting. The dining area needed to be swept and the tables & chairs needed to be wiped down. Every table was either littered with crumbs or felt sticky to the touch. Although the food was fine, I would not recommend eating there.

Ordered on the kiosk. Waited 30 min staff walked by myself and 3 others standing up front. They handed out an order that was placed long after mine first. Finally when I got someone's attention they made my order. A guy that came in not long after me was still waiting on his order after I received mine. Seemed like they were prioritizing drive through and delivery service orders over dine in clients.
