Placed an order for drive-through pick up because I hadn't eaten all day and had a headache and wasn't really comfortable getting out and going inside. I sat in the drive-through for 15 mins just to be told I needed to come inside and get it. My food was immediately handed to me. If it was ready, why couldn't you just hand it to me via drive-through? No one else was in front of me. When going inside to get my food, no one was rude, but the woman who gave me my food was only concerned about the fact she was going to get in trouble for long wait times. I understand it's a weekend, yall are busy, it's days before Christmas, and you may be short staffed. But that was unacceptable. Also, my food was soggy because it sat there the whole time I waited to be acknowledged in the drive-through.

I’m not one to go on google and write a review because it’s petty but dang . I ordered three dorito tacos and got plain tacos . I ordered a grilled cheese and steak burrito and got a bean burrito. Manager yelling through the window man it’s crazy. It’s all good man i get it, people have their days but seriously 😂

Worst employees ever. At night time , No one here is working at all. 0 work is being done at this location. Employees just smoking outside refusing to Work or take any orders . Whoever own this place needs to evaluate and pay attention to their business because this is unbelievable

I don't have any issues with the company itself, but the girl taking drive-through orders was extremely rude. She greeted us and asked what we wanted, and then when we went to order, she said, "I'm not taking orders" in a condescending tone.

The worst experience that we have ever had at a "fast food" restaurant. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food while we watched orders going out of the window to drive through customers. Finally, we asked for a refund and the manager apologized for the wait. When I stated that she should have said something sooner, she made it seem as if we should have expected the excessive wait time. Go Elsewhere!

This store has really made big improvements since our last visit months ago. Food was fresh and served quickly. Every employee i saw was clean, polite and stayed busy, wiping tables and counters when not helping customers. This was at lunch time with all adult employees.
